- Ebony (10/5): Perfect, convenient, clean and will be returning. - Clean, safe and warm little apartment. Full size fridge, shower was huge and modern with fresh towels! Beds and pillows were comfortable. Heater cranked up immediately, Kitchenette had cutlery, cook utensils, bowls/plates and good supply of cleaning stuff to help the clean up on check out. Car park was locked, safe and conveniently underground with lift access to rooms. Staff were amazing, very thorough with check in instructions. Close to malls and food, next door to an incredible cafe that had the best coffee opening on a Sunday at 7am. I actually loved the single bed being in the main room next to me, it’s always reassuring to have your kiddies close by in a foreign place. The only thing I could have suggested was coffee, tea and sugar. We did luckily pack some for the evening on arrival and shops were close by! And wall bracket with pump soaps and hair care if supplying shower essentials! Just feels cleaner for guests! But our responsibility packing required needs anyhow.

- Natalie (1/5): Completely unacceptable experience - would not recommend. - Very poor experience. The first apartment we were given was filthy and did not match the listing photos, which felt misleading. We were then moved to a second apartment, however this was also not cleaned or prepared to an acceptable standard. There were multiple issues throughout, including mould and rising damp on the walls, a filthy fridge, food splattered across the kitchen splashback, unclean dishes and floors, a thick layer of dust, stained furniture and rugs, food scraps and extensive bird droppings on the balcony, no top sheet or bathmat, crumbs left in bins, and a dirty sponge left beside the sink. There was also a serious safety concern, with a smoke detector covered by a plastic bag. I offered to provide photos, however the hosts were not interested in reviewing them. We were also advised that the second apartment had not been checked after cleaning before we were moved in, which raises concerns about how it was considered ready for guests. The property does not reflect the standard advertised or the price charged. The hosts refused to provide a refund, and we had to escalate through Booking.com to recover the cost of the unused nights. I would not stay here again.

The shower could have been cleaned a bit better and having a sheet on the bed would give a nicer feel. The quilt cover was moving around all night. The beds were also very hard which not everyone would enjoy.

- Alanna (5/5): Acceptable and served the purpose for us. It was fine but some improvements could make this more enjoyable. - The location, that it was reasonably new and that 6 towels were provided. The cleanliness was good but needs some improvements. There were a few cleanliness and maintenance issues during our stay. The floors were sticky in places, and there was grime around the edges of the shower. The balcony was dusty, the fans were too dusty to use, and the fabric bedheads could benefit from a vacuum. We also noticed marks on the walls and bedside furniture that could be cleaned to improve the overall feel. The beds were quite firm, and mattress and pillow protectors would improve both comfort and hygiene. There were also a couple of practical issues, including the balcony door not locking, the downstairs car park being very tight to access, and only being provided with one key and fob, which was inconvenient. With a more thorough clean and a few small improvements, this place could be much more comfortable.

We did not eat or cook because we found a large cockroach on the kitchen bench that hid in one of the cupboards. We did not want to open or use any of the kitchen items. The place had a bad odour. I believe it was coming from outside, through the bathroom. The shower and toilet were blocked. The property manager promptly fixed it, however, the odour remained. Location is good, good for resting nm only. Everything is of poor quality, inclusions the tv.

- Prashan Damith (1/5): Totally regrettable waste of money. My first bad review in 5years in booking in several countries. This is the worse pro - Only good point is the location. But when you weigh both sides you can’t even tell is there any good reason to stay there. We left the property in 20 minutes. There’s no aircon in the rooms. I was with 2months old baby and 3 more adults and any of us couldn’t bear the heat there. There’s one in the living area but good luck with that dusty wobbling two fans btw which one of them just left there without even no power extension cords to plug it to behind the bed. Check the photos.🤦🏻♂️ I called the only number provided there and he was rude since our conversation started. I was trying to explain I booked the place because it’s says it has aircon. NOT PARTIALLY. He wasn’t even care I’m with a 2 month old baby. I requested a baby cod and it was on the living room in a bag. It was left there to assemble to me. Can you imagine you went to stay just one night and trying to figure out how to setup baby cod while there’s no aircon in the hot weather and full of mosquitoes. One of the bed left there against the wall cupboard. If you want to get extra bedding or putting your bags in you have to move the bed. Worst thing was the host boasting he’s in 9 years in the business but doesn’t know how to arrange a room.

- Gido Manuel (1/5): Unfortunately I do not recommend anyone to stay on this units. The units are in very bad conditions - Nothing. The house is not suitable for someone to live in. The house is covered in dust and not livable. I recently stayed at B3 and encountered multiple serious issues that affected our stay. The photos displayed on Booking.com did not match the actual unit I was allocated. This felt misleading and reduced my trust in the listing. The unit was not cleaned prior to check-in. There were no cleaning services on the following days. The toilet seat bottom area appeared poorly cleaned with a yellow tint. The foyer and balcony have not been cleaned for ages and are covered in dust. The space had a dusty odor, making it uncomfortable. There were stains on the sofas and walls that were not cleaned. Spider webs all over the ceilings. Window nets full of dust. Carpets were not cleaned and cover with dust. We repeatedly requested the owner to come and clean, but there was no action made us leaving the unit after two days. There is a note in the room stating that the fire alarm is very sensitive and if activated, the tenant will be charged between 2,000 to 3,000 dollars. Additionally, it claims guests must pay 500 dollars for improper waste segregation. These warnings are not displayed on Booking.com’s property information and felt misleading. This is not clearly communicated in the Booking.com listing and is restrictive and concerning for a normal stay. Due to the condition of the house, our health started to deteriorate. We are asthmatic, and the lack of responsiveness and cleanliness, along with dust and odors, created an unacceptable and unsafe environment for us. We ultimately, after 2 days, had to find alternative accommodation to avoid worsening our health. The host came across as unfriendly, which detracted from the overall experience.
- LIN (5/5): - The hotel is in a good location, with a train station nearby. 1. There was no shower gel provided in the room. By the time we arrived at the hotel, we had already spent all our cash, and guests had to make an urgent phone call to request it. This level of service is unacceptable. 2. There was not enough toilet paper provided in the room, and again we had to call the front desk to request more, which resulted in a poor experience. 3. Overall, the stay was not pleasant. We would not choose a similar hotel in the future, and this significantly affected our travel experience. 4. We will not provide further responses. Thank you.

- Jyothi (10/5): Great location, comfortable accommodation, and a very pleasant stay. - Urban Oasis Homebush is a great place to stay with an excellent location. It’s close to public transport, shops, cafes, and restaurants, making it very convenient for getting around Sydney. The area feels safe and well connected, yet the accommodation itself is peaceful and comfortable. Being near parks and Sydney Olympic Park is a big plus, especially for families. Overall, it offers the perfect balance of urban convenience and a relaxed, homely atmosphere. Highly recommended. The only minor issue was the air conditioning, as there was just one unit for the whole apartment, which made it a little warm at night.
- Zhiping (8/5): - It’s an one-bedroom apartment with large space in a quite, beautiful and clean neighbourhood. Locked garage and lift to each floor, good internet service. Not forget it’s just a few minutes walk from the train station ! It would be better if there are more hooks in the bathroom and cabinets/shelves in the bedroom and living room. A little bit more decoration in the living room would help guests feel more comfortable and enjoyable. I was told that we would have a queen bed, actually it was a double bed.

- Ford (10/5): - Quiet and secure at night time. Cooking facilities were excellent - great to have a gas stove top, dishwasher and full sized fridge. Excellent restaurants, casual dining, supermarket and chemist near by. Very comfortable beds.

- Jacern (3/5): Unenjoyable - Was in a good location. I didn’t like the fact that the photos I saw online for Urban Oasis in Heart of Homebush didn’t match the rooms in real life. Furniture was completely different. It wasn’t modern like in the photos we saw, they were old. We booked for 4 people and 2 rooms and a place that had stairs in the photo. When we arrived it was a one bedroom and no master bedroom, with one bathroom 4 people had to share now. He also only gives the bare minimum of a bed and by that I mean they’re fold out mats Was also kicked out for playing music when the tenant on the top floor of the unit was doing the same. Didn’t give us a warning or anything.

- Amy (6/5): - Location was great. Unfortunately one small lounge was not enough room to comfortably sit 4 adults that were staying there. It was also a very hot weekend on our stay and neither bedroom had a fan or was reached by the air-conditioner so it made trying to sleep very uncomfortable.
