- Yvonne (6/5): Pleasant - Overall room is clean and pleasant. We were caught off guard when the host asking for a deposit of RM200, and rm15 of merchant fee, Merchant fee is not mentioned when we booked this property. Also, there is no basic pantry necessity such as coffee sachets or tea bags.

- Ko (2/5): Totally unsatisfied 😕 - Price upon booking is not transparent. Lots of hidden charges that are not stated before booking, even thier charged for Resort Fee for Soho units?? Beware! as non-refundable once booked. No free car park, chargeable of Rm15. We booked for 4 pax, and when checked in, only 3 pax beds are there. Need to inform the operator to send an extra bed. Worst of all, a 3/4 toilet paper roll is available for 4 pax.??? Needed to inform again. We expect all the amenities to be available when we check in, but not the case.The refund of the deposit takes 24 to 48 hours, which is not acceptable.

Thumbs up to the admin that assist me the moment i did a booking and also Super Helpfull on the deposit refund & helping me on a double charge refund (due to system glitch). The unit is very nice especially due to duplex unit (double story). Clean and Tidy. Apreciate if it is a new unit for bed sheet & towel. The current one a bit season. And manual for operating the tv (netflix etc.).
