• Nicola (7/5): Great view, but that’s about it. - The view outstanding Very dated, no aircon in bedrooms, soft furnishings musty and in need of upgrading, lift not working properly, water dripping in foyer, all reported but problems existed for a long time. No beach towels and no cushions for the 2 loungers.
• Ashok (10/5): Excellent - Excellent location. Very roomy and well furnished. Everything you might need for a self catering holiday is supplied. Views are just WOW from the apartment. Loved the direct lift access to the apartment. Would definitely stay again if we visit Hermanus in the future The internet speed was very slow-less than 1 mb/s which is not in keeping with this luxurious apartment-however this did not spoil our stay very much. Who needs to look at a laptop when you have views like that

• Sita (10/5): Fantastisch, geweldig uitzicht en een heel ruim appartement! - De locatie van het appartement is geweldig. In het centrum en met een fantastisch uitzicht op de kustlijn. Het appartement is heel erg ruim en de lift komt tot in het appartement wat ook geweldig is als je slechter ter been bent. De keuken was ook heel erg goed uitgerust en op het terras stonden zowel stoelen als zonnebedden.

• Barnie (6/5): - Location and view was super. Maintenance in the facility. Newer pots/pans and utensils ie can opener and peeler. Stench in kitchen. sliding windows cant lock. Sky lights are nice ... however not so nice when you are light sensitive. Lift also needs a service. Only one remote worked on the garage. No shower/bath mat in main bedroom. Handwash soap was all nearly empty.
• Michael (9/5): The photographs had built up our expectations and I’m pleased to say we were not disappointed. - The location is just about as ideal as it gets in terms of balancing access to local amenities and peace and quiet. The views are amazing and the whole apartment is very comfortable. Nothing particular to mention, but the addition of some beach towels would be a nice addition.

• Theresa (7/5): I understand that the owner of the property is a good and appreciated landlord, but unfortunately I experienced that he - The view was great and perfect for whale watching! The apartment is spacious and comfortable. There was also a garage space for our car! There are very nice restaurants and cafes right outside from the apartment. The walking paths along the seafront, right out of the door, is wonderful och beautiful. The apartment is a bit neglected when it comes to maintenance. For example; In one of the bathrooms only one of four lights worked and the shower door was hanging loose.

In the comfort of the home and away from the awful weather. Our host Ethan was amazing and responded immediately to any queries Location perfect. No need for a car. Safe parking Just the lift is scary

• CCEllis (8/5): Excellent weekday location with unbeatable ocean views - Excellent location to walk everywhere and breathtaking sea view from large windows. All rooms are spacious, well laid out, and property is fairly well maintained, with a few older facilities that will require attention soon. The host was friendly and communicated well. We will stay here again The beds are very hard and uncomfortable (perhaps a personal preference) The bar (Barney's) in the street below plays very loud music on weekends until 2am, and the sound travels to the 2 bedrooms located near the bar! The coffee machine was dirty, we rather didn't use it. The throws in the living room smell funky - they need a wash!

• Niels (9/5): Perfect view in a perfect location. - Location, safe and secure penthouse apartment with an incredible view. Noisy, slow elevator with a strange uncomfortable noise as you are reaching the third floor. The shower hose from the bathtub in the spare bathroom was broken, so it couldn't be used.

• Natasha (5/5): The place very central and easy access to shop and restaurants - Location of the place is awesome, easy to get to restaurants and the view from the lounge is exceptional The upkeep of the place was disappointing.The Weber grid was rusted and dirty and had to wait a day and a half for a replacement. The place does not provide swimming towels as well as you have to bring you own shower gel etc. The place itself need a fresh revamp The manager not very responsive to queries .
