• Pękalski (9/5): Jestem z pobytu bardzo zadowolony - Świetna lokalizacja, apartament znajduje się blisko historycznego centrum miasta. W pobliżu jest wiele sklepów, centra handlowe, przystanki autobusowe i metro. Trochę dalej do plaży ale coś, za coś. Mieszkanie czyste, świetnie wyposażone, było właściwie wszystko co jest potrzebne w czasie dłuższego pobytu (klimatyzacja, pralka, kuchnia, żelazko, mikrofalówka, opiekacz, lodówka, telewizor itd.) Można się było tu czuć jak w domu. Żal było odjeżdżać. Na dachu budynku przyjemny taras. Po przyjeździe brak dokładnych informacji gdzie i jak odebrać klucze.
• Ait Ami (9/5): Je refais l'expérience les yeux fermés - Appartement spacieux et climatisé, super propre, cuisine équipée et fonctionnelle, salle de bain propre et spacieuse, chambre avec placard, et lit très confortable, bref on était comme chez nous. Personnels gentils et a l'écoute, au moindre souci, ils apportent la solution dans les secondes qui suivent. Vraiment génial. Je note par ailleurs un petit souci, la résidence ne dispose pas de places de parking, et c'est bien dommage, prévoir un budget supplémentaire pour le parking si vous êtes véhiculés. Sinon tout le reste est top. Je refais l'expérience sans hésitation, je recommande a 200%. Le WC est coincé entre la baignoire et le meuble vasque, c'est étroit comme espace, une personne corpulente aura du mal a faire ses besoin. Le parking, dommage que la résidence ne dispose pas de places de parking, c'est l'enfer de trouver une place disponible a partir de 17, on était obligé de prendre un abonnement d'un mois pour 145€, dans un parking privé "Parking Marmolès" a 5mn de la résidence.

• Silma (9/5): - Ficamos no apartamento 3A e achamos ótimo. É claro, iluminado, bem conservado e funcional. A vizinhança foi bem tranquila também. Local bom, cerca de 15 min do centro antigo e do curso. Fomos a pé a vários lugares turisticos e fica a 15 min das estações de ônibus, trem e táxi. Tem um terraço no 6° andar, do prédio com uma vista bem legal da cidade. Valeu muito o custo benefício. Foi tudo muito bom. Para nós. Ficamos 2 meses. Só a agradecer.
• David (8/5): Very good - There there is no English-speaking channels on the TV. In the studio apartment that I was in there was no oven so couldn't really cook anything + had to use the microwave for cooking
• Neal (7/5): Minty Stays - It was clean ,safe and close to everything. We did enjoy our stay there. If we had any issues they responded immediately. There was an oven but no equipment provided to cook in it which we found out in the middle of preparing dinner. We bought a baking dish and when we asked for reimbursement we were refused. We were told we should have asked for them to provide it. Also the bathroom drains smelled bad and the plugs had to be plugged in constantly.
• Carole (9/5): Just a short walk from the Centro is this very cool apartment house. I loved it - The location is really good. The property is in a well appointed street and there was very good security. Our apartment was on the 4th floor and gave us good views out. We had very comfortable beds and a decent bathroom with a large shower head and a bidet. The kitchen was adequately equipped too. The sofa was unfortunately not too comfortable made of a very slippery fabric.
• Alina (9/5): Superb - The apartment was ideal for our one-month stay in Malaga. It was clean and well-equipped, conveniently located near the city center and supermarkets. The highlight of this apartment is the terrace which offers a perfect spot to relax!
• Nikolaos (10/5): Excellent stay - Location is good, close to the centre, supermarket, pharmacy and everything you need few steps away. Room was comfortable and clean. Nice view to the church. Roof terrace was great. Sunbathe, coffee or just relax. Internet fast and everywhere in the building Communication with the hosts was great. They replied fast and answered every question I had. Sofa and tv are way too small and uncomfortable. I guess is ok if you stay few days but for longer stays is not ideal. A coffee machine would be nice
• Evelyn (7/5): Beautiful apartment with no soundproofing. - The apartment was excellent. Unfortunately, the roof terrace is directly above the apartment bedrooms on the 6th floor and there is no soundproofing. I was often woken up by people moving chairs and enjoying themselves on the roof terrace. Soundproofing should be implemented.

• Viktor (9/5): Superb - Kinda close to the old town. Good air condition built in system, works fast. Nice entrance doors and good nice building. No a dish washing machine, too little bottle for hand dishwashing liquid for 2 weeks stay, I had to buy a big bottle in the supermarket and left it in the apartment, hope others won’t have this problem thanks to me. The kitchen kettle had rusty dots inside, needed to be replaced.

• Donna (5/5): Not Worth the Price! - The Good, The Bad & The Ugly. First, the good. The place was pristine on the inside, including the entire building and everything in the apartment. Everything looked brand new. The rooftop area was absolutely fantastic and I enjoyed it almost daily. Everyone I dealt with from their staff was very polite. The WIFI was fairly reliable and a decent speed. The Bad: I was sick during my entire stay and finally realized with one week left on my one-month lease that there had been a serious water leak from the bathtub, and I have a severe mold allergy. It took far too long for them to come inspect the problem and even longer to relocate me to another apartment. To compensate me, they offered to book a car to the airport for my departure. Rather than booking a private car, they booked a Spanish version of Uber. It never showed up, and I nearly missed my train. I was standing in the middle of the road at 5 in the morning, frantically trying to hail a cab. The Ugly: The area in which the apartment is located is absolutely disgusting. There is human urine and dog feces everywhere. And I mean everywhere. There are a lot of people milling about who are clearly drunk, drugged, or mentally ill, with graffiti and trash strewn about. I've worked throughout the developing world, and the immediate neighborhood around this apartment could be anywhere in Latin America. It didn't feel like Europe at all. Yes, the lovely tourist area is about 15 minutes away. But on the way to the nice part of Malaga, you are going to pass a lot of disgusting stuff. There's no way this apartment is worth more than $750 - and I paid $3,000 USD. It was outrageously overpriced for the neighborhood and for what was included. Or should I say: not included. Absolutely no basic amenities (as you would expect from a hotel or AirBNB) were provided: not even a bottle of water in the frig, no coffee for the coffee maker, no salt and pepper shaker, no cleaning supplies, no trash bags, etc. It was a vacant apartment - not at all what I would have expected, especially when I was paying nearly $100 US per day.

Apartment is very clean and modern. I agree the street noise is high, because it is on a busy street. However, I expected this living in a city. If windows are closed, the noise is bearable.

Our month-long stay in Malaga was overall fantastic, but a couple of considerations are worth noting. Traveling with our 9-month-old daughter, we found the absence of a high chair a bit inconvenient. Additionally, the bed, at 1.40, felt a tad small for our liking.
• Stevie135s (10/5): Minty Stay and stay again - At first all i could find was plates cups and glasses.. but exploring further thete's more and then some. Hiding in a wooden cabinet are the utensils including pans and a pair of sissors. Under the lift up bed is an airer ironing board and steam iron. The kitchen also boasts a washing machine and microwave/convection oven and of course the fridge. A toaster is in an overhead cupboard and to prevent false alarms, it should be used close below the pull out cooker extractor hood. There are no privacy curtains on the full length opening windows, but the heavy metal shutters can be used to block any light in/out if necessary. The apartments are on the main road used by the nearby hospital and can be extremely noisy during the day. At night the bins get emptied and that can be quite loud. I was on the 5th floor and it was still loud enough outside to block out the tv
• Gina (10/5): Exceptional - Almost everything was perfect. It was really comfortable and clean. Location was great. Minty Stay responded straight away to any texts or queries A bit noisy if someone flushed the loo or used the taps in the other apts
• Ovidiu (10/5): Great accomodation - Loved the location, amenities and cleanliness. The apartment was roomy, well equipped and clean. AC worked great, had a shower and a kitchen. The bed was conformable and there was plenty of room for clothes.

• Gabriela (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is well located close to supermarkets and restaurants. Also, it is less than 10 minutes walk from the city center and beach. I really recommend the apartment for my friends!
• Ucovic (9/5): Superb - Quiet neighborhood, the location is 15 min walk from the city center, good grocery stores around apartment. I stayed there for a month and it is good location and nice apartment. The staff is great, they were very attentive and all I asked for was sorted out the same day. I enjoyed my stay in Minty Stay Malaga. Cleaningless could've been better.

• Aleksandra (8/5): Very good - The apartment is very nice - clean, cozy and well equipped. There's very beautiful shared terrace on the rooftop. The location is very good - about 10-15 minutes walk to the old town (about 40 minutes from the beaches). The check in and check out were very smooth. The only issue we had was that the hosts accused us of breaking the coffee maker, which we didn't even use. Although we discussed the situation with them and believed the matter was resolved, they later sent us a payment request through booking to cover the alleged damage (which we declined). I sincerely hope that this was a misunderstanding and not a typical practice for the property.

• Bram (10/5): Perfect aparment with a great location and proper facilties to work remotely! Definitely recommend! - Great location, about 10/15 minutes to the old town, perfect to work remotely (the WiFi works very well, both in the room and on the rooftop), plenty of space and clean, and very friendly staff
• J (10/5): Really very satisfactory. I enjoy my break lot. - Very central as advertised, which means within easy walking distance from shops/shopping centres - but also walkable to shore-fronts (20/30 mins or so), which suited me as I wanted a walking break. Gary was a very helpful and pleasant contact, as was the person I phoned on my post 10pm arrival to gain access. (My flight was 3 hours late and he still answered my call and was really the best anyone could be.) - Central, but also on a main street, which is well lit in the evening. It has all the basics and I thought the bed was new, and the saucepans for example. Door to street needs adjusted as it does not have a mechanism to stop it slamming closed, and I was very careful lest the glass would crack.
• Indre (10/5): Exceptional -
• Carmelita (8/5): Very good - Good value for money. Everything is within walking distance No terrace in my apartment. If you open the sliding doors/windows you are seen by the occupants from the opposite building
