Jadran (2/5): Not recommended at all, worst experience ever ! - Location This apartment is not run in a professional manner, to say the least. I have tried contacting them days ahead of the check-in through the booking app and they still haven’t reply to this day. They don’t provide you check in instructions at all so I had to add the owner to whatssap to figure out myself how to enter the property. Phone number provided is disconnected and msgs are ignored. Communication is simply not possible with the owner. We had a problem with the digital lock and couldn’t access our things inside the room and almost lost our flight. Still no signs from anyone to help. The physical key provided to the room was also faulty. The studio is tiny and fridge came with leftover food from previous guests. Not well cleaned. No shampoo or soap. Don’t expect good customer service or any type of help as they just don’t care!
