- Todd (10/5): -
- Louise (8/5): Nice accommodation - Great area and family friendly
Lovely atmosphere Checking in even an hour early would be $ extra and we had food we needed to put in the fridge for young children
Some flexibility and kindness would have gone a long way
- Sarah (10/5): -
- Nella (9/5): - Spacious and yet cozy

- Michelle (8/5): Very good -
- Breeanna (9/5): It was cosy and quiet - N/A
- Karen (2/5): Very poor - The horses and the size of the place clean bathrooms The stained carpet in every room, pictures not as to the property real life, no washing machine, picking rubbish out of the lounge ( see pic 1) , stained furniture, hot tub is a spa bath in the bathroom not a hot tub, property is not reflected with what we were charged not happy at all
- Linda (10/5): Great stay at a very homely place in the Hunter. - Quiet & private farm stay. Loved the horses coming up to the fence to say hello for a pat each day. Saw a group of kangaroos each day late afternoon. Plenty of bird life flying around to enjoy chatting about whilst sitting outside. Plenty of room for large families or friend groups. Has all the creature comforts of a home away from home. Very relaxing stay where you can very easily forget about the world around you in your time there. Extra toilet paper would be beneficial as only 3 provided for 6 people in one bathroom & two in the ensuite, for a 3 day stay. The property isn’t close to shops or the main town to grab supplies that are needed such as this. We’ve stayed at less expensive places that have had a massive supply of this necessity. A flat iron grill for toasties would be great to have in the kitchen. Other than that the house is well stocked with items you would have at home.
- Tania (9/5): Superb -
- Felicia (5/5): Overpriced property. - The house was located on a beautiful property. Lots of space for the kids to run around and some beautiful horses which the kids loved. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils etc, detergent and dishwashing tablets provided which was great. We were a little disappointed to find out the property only had one split system - the 5 bedrooms and living room were all extremely hot as this was in December. Very hard to sleep in such heat. It was advertised as having air con, so we expected a house of this size to have ducted.
The fans in the rooms squeak and wobble, making it hard to sleep with the noise of the fans.
The blinds in some rooms are broken letting in a lot of sunlight early in the morning.
The carpet, couch and pillows in the living room are filthy.
Beds were possible, but not very comfortable.
The property was advertised as having a “spa” however, this just means it has a bathtub with jets.
When paying $830 per night, you would expect a lot better. Very disappointing.
- Ilona (9/5): Awesome stay! - It was peaceful and spacious, a lot of local vineyards close by. Pool table was an added bonus! Bed breaking
- Lisa (8/5): Very good -
- Boyd (9/5): Was happy with our stay thank you - Property was great and good location
All couples enjoyed our weekend and some even said they will look to book for family weekend away $50 for a small amount of fire wood, was disappointed and we went and got more should of just brought our own
- Mark (10/5): Exceptional -
- Donna (8/5): We had a great time and will definitely be back - The location of the property and felt like we were away from everyone Very small kitchen for a property that accommodates 12 people was difficult to cook for a large group with limited bench space and appliances
