• Maria Raya (10/5): Increíble lugar - Nos gustó todo. Creemos que es el lugar más completo en que hemos estado. No falta de nada, desde menaje de cocina, de higiene, lo que necesites lo tiene. Hamacas, plancha.... unos colchones y almohadas,estupendos. Tiene aparcamiento, algo realmente interesante. Está bástate bien ubicado, con mucho silencio para descansar. Tiene una preciosa piscina. Nos dejaron un cesto de fruta,increíble. La anfitriona es de lo más amable y muy poco invasiva. Nos facilito la hora de llegada y de salida. Un acierto total. Muy agradecidos. Los mosquitos! Jajaja. Pero no es culpa de nadie.
• Melanie (10/5): - Ein richtiger Traumurlaub! Schon vor der Anreise haben wir von Lana und Andrey alle wichtigen Infos bekommen, und bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen. Die Kommunikation war jederzeit freundlich, schnell und hilfsbereit. Das Apartment ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet – wir haben noch nie in so einer gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung gewohnt. Die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen (sogar ein Handrührgerät war da – Pfannkuchen kein Problem 😊). Als Willkommensgruß standen Kaffee, frisches Obst, Süßes und Wasser bereit – reichlich und in bester Qualität. Die zwei gleichwertigen Bäder sind ein echtes Highlight, auch unsere Kinder waren begeistert von ihrem eigenen Bad. Alles war blitzsauber, gepflegt und bis ins Detail durchdacht. Alles war vorhanden, selbst für den Fall, dass man mal eine Zahnbürste oder Ähnliches vergessen hat. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. Strandhandtücher, Stühle und Sonnenschirm waren ebenfalls vorhanden. Vom Balkon aus genießt man einen schönen Blick auf Meer und Pool. Die Lage ist ruhig und trotzdem nah zum Strand, zu Supermärkten und Restaurants. Besonders praktisch: der sichere Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage (Auto bleibt kühl) und der Aufzug, mit dem man das Apartment bequem erreicht. Auch die Umgebung bietet viel Abwechslung – schwimmen, Kajak, schnorcheln, wandern, tolle Ausblicke und wunderschöne Buchten. Fazit: Perfekte Gastgeber, perfekte Ausstattung, perfekte Lage – absolut empfehlenswert, wir geben 10/10!
• Fisher (10/5): Warm, welcoming and experienced hosts. A very comfortable apartment with everything you need and a great location too. H - The property was very clean, well equipped and spacious, with fantastic facilities - including a pristinely clean and well prepared apartment with a lovely terrace view and access to three very well maintained pools and garden area. It really did have everything we needed for the whole week, and more. We really appreciated that our host asked us before our visit if there was anything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We asked for a yoga mat, for my wife, and our hosts happily bought one for us. Communication was excellent from Lana and Andrey, and they made doubly sure that we knew where to go, meeting us at the gates, introducing us to our own parking space in the garage area, and then to the apartment, also going beyond to recommend beaches and give us links to recommended restaurants. Everything was really superb! Nothing was dislike-able, really. It really is a top-notch apartment
• Maria Victoria (10/5): ¡Todo fantástico! - Precioso apartamento, amplio, cómodo y excelentemente equipado, con altas calidades y detalles propios de un hotel 4 estrellas. Proporcionan todo tipo de electrodomésticos y utensilios en la cocina, y extras como sombrilla, sillas y toallas de playa, carrito de la compra, etc. La terraza es amplia y con mobiliario para poder comer o sentarte en los sillones y disfrutar de las vistas. Tiene aire acondicionado en todo el piso, y plaza de parking cubierta. La piscina comunitaria está también muy bien. La ubicación es perfecta si quieres pasar unos días en Denia sin necesidad de coger el coche. Es una zona muy tranquila pero cerca de todo: entre 10 y 15 minutos caminando tienes una buena playa, el centro de la ciudad, el castillo o el puerto, y una gran oferta de restaurantes y bares. También hay un Mercadona a 3 minutos a pie. Hemos disfrutado mucho nuestra estancia, y si volvemos a Denia repetiremos sin duda. En la habitación de cama grande echamos de menos lámparas de lectura en las mesitas de noche, por decir algo...

• Zbigniew (10/5): Excellent place to stay in Denia, very close to the beach and the port! - This apartment is beautifully designed and equipped with everything you may need. We were so positively impressed that there were things available that we wouldn't even think of! There are beach chairs and a large umbrella you can take with you to the beach to protect yourself from the sun. There was even a set of beach toys for our kids waiting for us that Lana bought for us, so that we didn't have to bring them with us. :) The whole guest experience is super well thought out from the first moment of Lana reaching out to us (several days before our arrival) to arrange everything till the last moment of our stay. Lana was super kind to proactively offer us a late check out which made it easier for us to pack up and take off. Location is great, within a walking distance from the beach, the port and the promenade, with multiple restaurants and tapas bars nearby. There's also a swimming pool on the premises, including a small one for little kids.
• Nick (10/5): Great host and lovely apartment in a very pleasant town. - Andrey met us to show us around and explain how the heating worked. The apartment is bright and airy, has 2 very comfortable bedrooms with ample storage and the 2 showers were excellent. It was cold on an evening so having an apartment with efficient heating was great. The whole apartment is exceptionally well equipped and the kitchen has a good enough range of pans and utensils to allow most meals to be cooked. The location is good with the port, castle and old fisherman’s quarter a 10 minute stroll away and there is a large supermarket just a couple of minutes walk. The reserved parking spot is very useful as well. Andrey is a superb host and we will hopefully be back in the very near future. Nothing!

The location is perfect, 5 minutes to the beach and into the old town. Lovely balcony and very private. Nothing.

Cleaning supplies, kitchen rolls, hygiene rolls, and many many added extras, too many to name. I bought very little to get through my month stay. Prone to mosquitoes, could benefit from screening. Something to think about. We bought a temporary fix and threw away after our stay.

• Shaun (10/5): All you need in a great location and brilliantly equipped. - Really clean and well equipped. Spacious. Host had thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. Inessa was incredibly helpful and was always quick to respond to any questions. Great place. Only negative is that the balcony faces north so gets no sun during the day. But it is a large balcony with good seating and is very pleasant to sit out on despite the aspect.

• Peter (10/5): Perfect apartment for visiting beautiful Denia - Nice apartment on the fourth floor of an appartment complex with two bedrooms, to bathrooms, living room, kitchen, balcony, garage and use of a nice pool in the garden. The apartment and in particular the kitchen was very well equipped (best we have seen in years!): You will find everything you may need including beach chairs and everything's meticulously clean. The location is perfect: From the apartment it is only a short walk to the city center, to the harbor area and to a beach, nevertheless the area is quiet at night. The only little downside is that the apartment walls are a bit thin but there was absolutely no problem with noise at night. Our host took great care of us with suggestions for beaches and restaurants. When we arrived we found a generous fruit basked and a bottle of cava prepared for us.
