Nothing was missing, all the utilities were present and even more, the owners were super helpful and very kind. We highly recommend it. • gregory (10/5): Such a dreamy little getaway space, felt so welcome and their attention to detail was unlike any I’ve experienced at pre - Great space, feels really cozy, nice little outdoor section to drink and sit down under shelter. Amazing free food and drink, they even baked a cake for us! Great communication throughout, free all day parking. We were worried about no couch space at first and that the place might be too small, but it’s so well utilised and having the outdoor space to sit before relaxing on the bed was more than enough. The WiFi is also very very good and I have a job that requires heavy usage. No complaints will definitely be back Nothing
• Tommaso (9/5): Fantastico - L'appartamento è moderno, e molto carino nel suo complesso, dotato di una buona connessione e di una bella TV. L'host è super gentile e super disponibile (ci è persino venuto a prendere alla stazione dei treni per portarci nell'appartamento). Tra l'altro c'è anche un gatto molto affettuoso! :) L'appartamento è situato nel giardino del proprietario; il bagno è un po' piccolo, soprattutto il lavandino. Per raggiungere il centro di Londra ci vuole almeno un'ora di viaggio, ma facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici.

The environment was welc - The guest house was maintained to a good standard, with all areas observed to be clean, tidy, and well organised Greg was very supportive and available when needed, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere
• Nejc (10/5): - Čudovita majhna hišica za goste, ki je primerna za bivanje 2 oseb. Udobne postelje in zelo dobro opremljena nastanitev. Komunikacija z lastnikom je bila korektna in tekoča. Lastnik je poskrbel za prijeten paket dobrodošlice (kava, kruh, marmelada, jajca, mleko, čaji). Povezava s centrom je redna (vlak na pol ure - do postaje 10 min peš). Lastnica je tekom bivanja spekla tudi odlično jabolčno pito, ki jo je delila z nama. Obisk definitivno priporočam vsem, ki bi radi raziskali London. Brez posebnosti. Izpostavil bi edino slabši pritisk vode.
• Cook (10/5): - Lovely guest house, well kept just like in the photographs. There was a lovely selection of sweet treats and practical foods left for our usage also. The house owners were nothing but accommodating and hospitable, we look forward to going back. We even made a new friend! 🐈‍⬛ Really aren’t any negatives for this property, the only thing to take into consideration is that there is a 10ish minute walk to the nearest train station to get into central London to use the underground etc. However this wasn’t much of an issue for us as we prefer the overground and walking on foot since you get to see more. 🙂
• Yorksgireman54 (10/5): An excellent small apartment - terrific value for money. - Perfect location for us, just outside Crystal Palace. Although relatively small the apartment was very well equipped and the extras,(Inc. milk, tea and coffee, cereals, chocolate and biscuits, crisps, beer and even a bottle of Asti) were very welcome and way beyond what you would normally expect in a B&B / apartment. Communication with the owners, both before and during our stay was excellent and very friendly.

• Guven (10/5): A cosy, fully equipped guest house with a great host and total privacy. - The owner gives you full privacy but is extremely responsive when needed. The place has everything you could possibly need. The fridge and kitchen were fully stocked, even with fresh eggs. I’ve never stayed anywhere where I didn’t need to shop for anything. I would definitely stay again. I cannot recall anything that I didn’t like.

• Christine (9/5): Logement accueillant et confortable - Pour nous cette location était géniale a quelques centaines de mètres de chez nos enfants. Le logement était trés propre et confortable. Nous avons apprécié le frigidaire garni ainsi que les différentes petites attentions (thé, café, sucre, confitures, snakes, bonbons et plus ). La salle de bain n'est pas en reste avec savon, shampooing, dentifrice. La visite du gros minou venu chercher des caresses et boire dans l'évier. Trés dommage la couette trop petite pour le lit. mais ce ne sera pas un frein à une prochaine visite.

One detail that really stood out was the selection of snacks and drinks provided, it was such a nice touch and made me feel welcomed right away. The host clearly pays attention to the little things, and it truly enhanced the overall experience. I would definitely stay here again!
• Tineke (9/5): Heel erg net en cosy guest house. - Het was heel erg schoon en gezellig ingericht. Alle keukenapparatuur was van een merk.De koelkast was gevuld met water, frisdrank, biertje en wijn. Ook was er brood, beleg, koffie en thee een snoepje en chips, en in de badkamer kon je gebruik maken shampoo en doucheschuim. Kortom in een guest house verwacht je niet dat je zo goed verzorgd wordt. Niets.

• Jones (10/5): Welcoming, clean in a great location for Crystal Palace Bowl. - This property was spotless and so welcoming. It had everything we needed and the owners were so kind and helpful. They gave us all the instructions we needed and made us feel at home with the kind drinks and snacks provided. The beautiful cat made our stay feel like home we enjoyed our time here very much. Thank you. There was nothing not to like it was perfect.

• Ben (10/5): Wonderful stay! - Everything about the stay was great, from how easy it was to check in to the fact the hosts let us store our luggage early - the room was spacious with laundry facilities, cooking and even a fridge topped up with goods to use - they even left some home baking they made earlier in the day for us which was very sweet Nothing.

• Eva (10/5): - Skvělé ubytování a moc milí majitelé. Po celou dobu pobytu jsme měli veškeré pohodlí, k dispozici celou řadu vybavení, po příjezdu na nás čekala plná lednička na přivítanou od majitelů a domácí jablkový koláč. Ubytování je skvělá volba pokud chcete soukromí a nevadí vám být ubytovaný mimo centrum Londýna. Ubytování se nachází v prostředí zahrady, pobyt nám zpříjemňovaly veverky a jeden krásný britský kocour. Ubytování je dál od centra, ale je relativně blízko železniční stanice. Do Londýna lze dojet tak do cca 30 minut.
• Tiffani (10/5): Perfect retreat - We stayed for a festival at crystal palace park, and the location was perfect. Hosts were excellent at communication and have created the cosiest retreat to rest your head! We have stayed at many different places such as this, and this is by far the best and most hospitable. It feels like a home away from home. All the extras are included and hugely appreciated: drinks, food, snacks, washing machine etc. Great value for money. Their lovely cat Blue was a pleasant added friend! Would recommend it to everyone and will be staying again when required! Nothing! All perfect!
• Georgia (10/5): Exceptional - My friend and I stayed at Greg & Marcela’s guest house to attend a concert in Crystal Palace park. It was by far the best value place we’ve ever stayed in London. The location was super convenient, we were able to walk the 1.6 miles back after the gig instead of trying to cram onto public transport with some 20,000 other people! The room was spotlessly clean, and the air conditioning was very much appreciated in this heatwave! The hosts left us loads of provisions - water, soda, beers, milk, eggs, bread, butter, jams, biscuits, tea & coffee. They also have a beautiful cat who we loved saying hello to! The communication from Greg was fantastic. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again in future. :) Nothing! My only minor gripe is that the English Breakfast teabags were extremely weak 😂 otherwise everything was perfect.

The food and drink left to use was such an unexpected surprise and so thoughtful. Had everything you could need, a full kitchen, washing machine, really comfy bed.
