• Robert (9/5): - Good location close to Kings Cross / St Pancras. Convenient to several shops, restaurants and pubs. Refurbished apartment on two levels, with kitchen and living room on the 1st floor and two bedrooms and bathroom on 2nd floor. Carpeted throughout, new appliances in kitchen. Beds were a bit uncomfortable - you could feel the springs. Bathroom was the only space not refurbished and it would benefit from a redo.
• Vikas (8/5): Nice property given the facilities and the location. - The location is excellent. The drawing room is nicely done up with a large TV The bed mattresses are very light and springy. While the property is on a road which is very noisy due to traffic at times did not impact us much. Would have loved if they also had provided a dish washer.
• Sean (8/5): Worthwhile and warm, great vibes. - The property was clean spacious and accessible it was great with transporting links and the host was accommodating and kind. We had no major issues regarding our stay with the host or accommodation and would happily return. I had a difficult personal circumstance and the host went above and beyond to support and ensure a safe and relaxing space Nothing to add

• Izumi (1/5): Bad - We had trouble during our stay and were very disappointed with the untrustworthy response from Kenny, the host. Kenny texted us at 2 PM on December 31, 2024, saying the property was ready for early check-in. However, when we arrived at 3 PM, the property was not cleaned at ALL. Trash from the previous guest was still there, the kitchen was dirty, and there was only one set of clean linens and towels for our family of five. The apartment was left exactly as it was when the previous guest left. I communicated with Kenny over the phone when this happened. He admitted the issue and promised to refund the first night, so we reluctantly decided to stay. However, there is no written evidence of this promise, as it was made verbally. Cleaning was finally completed the next day, January 1, in the afternoon, but by then, the inconvenience had already ruined the experience. Despite the state of the property not being as promised, Kenny later refused to honor the full refund, claiming that the property was “livable.” He only offered £100 as a cleaning fee repayment, which is completely unacceptable. If the property cannot meet the promised standard, it should either be refunded or an alternative solution offered. None of this happened. The property itself is nice and well-equipped, but if something unplanned happens, they take advantage of you, which you don’t want. They are not honest. Spending New Year’s Eve in such an unclean space was unpleasant and disappointing. Kenny initially seemed understanding but failed to follow through on his promises. I cannot recommend this property due to the poor management and dishonesty.
• Panait (6/5): Pleasant - safety box for keys / fast check in -equipped kitchen -nice living room very bad windows, you will feel as you are sleeping in the street, very noisy street at living room and master bedroom -very bad mattresses -if you paint the doors / radiators they remained old :-( -a carpet over an old creaking floor -raport price - quality very bad

• Carolyn (9/5): Superb - A short walk to Kings Cross/ St Pancras - we booked this apartment so we'd be close for an early morning train to Paris. Close to a small supermarket, restaurants and fast food places. Very clean and welcoming. Kitchen very well equipped. Helpful host. A really lovely place. Beds were uncomfortable- however, it would not stop me staying here again as the location and other parts of the apartment outweigh this. Street was a bit noisy at night but I slept with Loops (ear plugs) so it wasn't problem.

• Youri (9/5): Modern, clean and spacious appartment nearby St Pancrass station. Top spot for discovering London - The appartment is spacious, clean and modern. The beds are pretty comfortable and the location is just a 15min walk from St Pancrass station. Communication with Kenny was friendly and the intructions were clear. Swinton street is very busy during the week, on the weekends in can be a bit noisy with speeding cars and bikes. We didn’t mind by the way.

• Andrew (10/5): Brilliant and enjoyable stay in Londaon - Highly recommended, The apartment was very clean, tidy, well decorated and superb location for KSC. Gaining access was quick and easy, through the lock box, HUGE television, great Shower and a very welcoming Hoist. My family and i , Have rattled our brain to think of something we didnt like and are unable to add anything to this section.

The host was very accommodating and helpful for our particular needs. Quiet yet vivid neighborhood, some restaurants around the block. 8-10 min walk to main station King’s Cross. Highly recommended!
• Alina (10/5): It was perfect for our purpose! - The hosts are very good with communications. I've let them know my preferred way to communicate and they instantly switched to that method. Very well informed, very smooth check in - check out. Beware the property is on 1st floor and the stairs up to it are narrow!

The road itself was extremely busy throughout the night. Living out in the sticks has probably spoilt us in that respect though, so no issues
