• Jessica (7/5): Easy access, close to the pool, beautiful property. Disappointed with host communications. - The property was recently renovated, and is beautiful! We asked for an early check-in, which was approved the day before, but the property was not ready for several hours after we arrived. The cleaning crew was not aware of the early check-in and was still cleaning. They let us leave our luggage while they finished cleaning, and we waited at the pool. There was an issue with the AC—the temperature was set at 76 degrees! Maintenance came the first day to fix it, but it never got any cooler. I left multiple messages through the app and voicemails and never received a response. We had to keep the blinds closed, lights off, and ceiling fans on, but it was still uncomfortable. The sink in the hall bathroom didn't have cold water, so as the water ran to wash your hands or brush your teeth, the water got so hot it was almost unsafe. I also notified the hosts of this.
