• Jorge (10/5): Estancia perfecta en el centro de Coimbra - La ubicación a poca distancia del centro histórico de Coimbra, pero a la vez en una zona muy tranquila, con varios supermercados y restaurantes en los alrededores. La casa tiene todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa. Fuimos con 3 niños y la casa estaba llena de juguetes que les encantó. Limpieza perfecta. Comodidad de aparcamiento en garaje. Muy destacable la hospitalidad del anfitrión que nos compartió algunas recomendaciones de restaurantes locales. Nada negativo que destacar.
• Lucia (7/5): Preciosa terraza, maldita alarma - El apartamento es muy bonito. Lo mejor es la terraza, que es muy grande y con unas vistas muy bonitas de la ciudad de Coimbra. La casa está muy bien equipada, especialmente la cocina, con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en familia. También hay juguetes para los niños, libros, cuentos… Durante nuestra estancia se estropeó la alarma del garaje y estuvo durante dos días y dos noches enteros sonando, lo que nos impidió poder dormir. Al quejarnos a la administración del alojamiento nos dijeron que era algo que escapaba de su control. En mi opinión esa no es una respuesta adecuada, si tus huéspedes te comunican que no han podido dormir en toda la noche deberías hacer algo por tratar de solucionar el problema. Hemos puesto una reclamación vía Booking y nos han reembolsado una parte de la estancia en forma de vale. Este detalle lo ha tenido Booking, pues el alojamiento se ha negado a reembolsar nada. Bien por booking, mal por el alojamiento.

• Tomoko (10/5): 広い部屋、眺めの良いテラス、ロケーションも抜群 - ベッドルーム3部屋、バスルーム2部屋、キッチン、リビングと広々としており、インテリアも素敵でした。 広いテラスからはBookin.comの掲載写真通り丘の上のコインブラ大学や旧市街が見え、宿の名前通りまるでポストカードのような眺めでした。夜には丘の上の建物がライトアップされ、それもきれいでした。テラスには鉢植えのグリーンも多数あり、私達が訪れた５月にはバラやブーゲンビリアなどがきれいな花を咲かせていました。 キッチンには冷蔵庫や洗濯機、電子レンジ、コーヒーメーカー（カプセルも！）などがあり、どれも問題なく使うことができました。食器やカトラリーももちろん豊富にあります。 ロケーションは、街の中心の一つである5月8日広場まで歩いてすぐと、便利な場所にあります。丘の上のコインブラ大学も徒歩20分ほど（急な坂を登らなければなりませんが）。スーパーのPingo Doceがすぐそばにあります。 ホストの方にはチェックイン時間など考慮していただき、ありがたかったです。Booking.comやWhatsappでメッセージを送るとすぐに返事がかえってきましたし、到着時には宿の玄関で待っていてくれ、カギの受け渡しも問題なくできました。設備の使い方なども詳しく教えてもらいましたし、おすすめレストランのリストも送ってもらいました。HelioさんとAndreさん、本当にありがとう！ 特になし
• Linda (10/5): - This is a wonderful apartment, well appointed and within walking distance of sights, restaurants, and grocery store. The apartment is spacious and has a lovely and large roof top private patio. Garge parking was in the building with elevator access from apartment. . We would stay here again in a heart beat. loved everything!
• Bryon60 (9/5): Nice modern apartment in Coimbra - Excellent location with a nice patio with a view. The apartment is very nice with an updated feel. It is close to the city center, restaurants and the university. The parking garage is in the building and very secure. There is a grocery store nearby. It was a nice stay. Can't think of too much. The cost is readable for what you get but maybe a bit high for some people.
