The house was large and beautiful, and we couldn’t have asked for a more central locati - Loved the character of the 100+ year old house, and that it had been updated. The location was fantastic for access to food and activities. Quite a few settling cracks, and cosmetic maintenance items. The beds could have been more comfortable. It was inconvenient to have so many beds downstairs with no bathroom.

The owners truly stand out; I reached out with a question, and they replied in just 5 minutes! The mountain view from this location is absolutely breathtaking—hands down the most beautiful I've ever seen! The house is not only cozy but also stocked. Plus, you’re just a quick drive—less than 10 minutes—to some of the best restaurants and exciting events around! And how sweet is this? There's a chocolate factory outlet less than a mile away! I can’t wait to return to this gem. It truly feels like you get so much more than your money's worth! 🎉

The yard was beautiful we loved the outdoor seatings and fire pit. The inside was clean and beautiful Very comfortable! There’s nothing to complain about this property! Absolutely loved it.

• Pam (10/5): When visiting our Colorado family we will stay here!!! - The host was super accommodating! The property has lots of room and quite livable. The downstairs rooms are lower ceilings so that was a bit unexpected for our tall family but nonetheless still accommodating. Not a deal breaker for sure. I think it’s a good idea to put a little table or dresser in the bedrooms for convenience. Again, only a suggestion not a deal breaker. Rooms very accommodating.

• Melanie (8/5): We loved this home for a large family and friends. It was close to stores and the venue we needed to be near. - The remodel was very current. Nice appliances, sheets, towels and TV. Great room for the kids that slept six along with a nice room connected for parents. The front room and living room were very cold while the rest of the house was perfect. Also the door knob to the bathroom did not have a lock.
