Wojciech (1/5): This was one of the worst accommodation experiences we have ever had. - One big lie — they have time for marketing nonsense, but when it comes to cleaning a huge apartment, including laundry, they sent only one poor woman, who was cleaning while we were already there. This was a terrible experience from start to finish. Our check-in time was 3:00 PM, but at that hour cleaning had not even started. One single cleaner began at 3:00 PM and finished around 6:00 PM. We were traveling with an elderly father and had nowhere to go for three hours. We were told the delay was due to a huge mess left by previous guests and that cleaning was “prioritized.” This was not true — only one exhausted cleaner was working alone. The apartment was extremely dirty, so filthy that the toilet could not even be used. We contacted the property already from the airport, explaining that a 3-hour delay was a disaster for us, as we stayed only one night and were leaving early the next morning. We asked for a $10 taxi compensation — this was refused. Instead, they offered a 15% discount on future stays, which is insulting. Five days later, they contacted us saying they want to charge our card $35 for a stained blanket. This feels like a clear attempt to steal money from guests. We stayed one night only. The apartment was handed over three hours late, and they themselves admitted it was in terrible condition after previous guests — so any “inspection” is highly questionable. We used only one blanket because the apartment was freezing cold. It was a dark blanket, and the stains were already visible when I took it out of the closet. We had no food, used no other blankets, and left at 7:00 AM. This behavior is dishonest and unacceptable. Trying to charge guests afterward for their own negligence is shameful. Avoid this place.
Gloria (9/5): - The location is unbeatable. The check-in process smooth and easy. The apartment is big, beautiful and suitable for a big family or a group of friends. It was very clean and had enough towels for everyone as well as amenities that made our stay very comfortable. The staircase doesn't have a railing. The floor has issues, the bedroom I slept in had a pronounced slope and we had to sleep the other way around on the bed as it was uncomfortable. The dryer function on the washer/dryer doesn't work, so I would suggest adding a drying rack in the spare bedroom near the laundry room. If it's a big group, please leave extra toilet paper. We were 5 people and had to buy extra. I would also suggest to specify that the three bathrooms are not inside the three bedrooms. The description gave us the impression that every bedroom had it's own bathroom and it's not the case. Finally, there was a lack of towels in the kitchen, making it a bit difficult to use it appropriately
Cathdufresne (8/5): Incredible location, spacious apartement. - We have encountered many problems but the hosts were always quick to respond and to offer solutions. Even very early in the morning. Wynwood maintenance staff guy was also great to give explanations about water problems. last minute arrival day location change, water supply.
Galed (10/5): Exceptional - We absolutely loved this place. It was super spacious and the location was on point. Just blocks walking from all the bars and restaurants around the Roma Norte area. Definitely recommend !
Marinedidie (8/5): Great appartement! - It would have been a 10 out of 10 if only we could have had hot showers every day! Perfect location, so spacious, modern and clean. Great for a gateway with friends! We did not get hot water nor enough pressure in both showers. I contacted them and they sent someone in the next day.
