• Pierre (9/5): Agréable séjour sur la Riviera - Très belle maison, jolie vue, et vaste avec des espaces bien séparés pour chacun Dommage, les places de parking en bas étaient toutes occupées.
• Sabine (6/5): Schöner Aufenthalt mit Abzügen - Die Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen und auch die schnellen und informativen Rückmeldungen des Gastgebers. Die Einrichtung des Ess- und Wohnbereichs fand ich auch sehr ansprechend. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen schönen Ausblick. Die Wohnung (obere Wohnung in dem Gebäude) hat zwei Badezimmer. Wir waren für eine Nacht in Montreux - 4 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder (11 und 13). Für unseren Kurzurlaub war die Wohnung in Ordnung. Wir hatten gerade ein wenig Pech wegen der defekten Eingangstür und den Ameisen. Die Eingangstür konnte nicht zugesperrt werden, da beim Schloss etwas kaputt war. Zwar hat man uns bei unserem Eintreffen darüber informiert und nach dem Eingangsbereich gab es noch eine Zimmertüre, die zugesperrt werden konnte, trotzdem erzeugte das ein ungutes Gefühl. Ein zweiter Minuspunkt war, dass es in der Wohnung aktuell ein Problem mit Ameisen gibt. Es waren welche an der Eingangstür zu sehen und am Morgen sahen wir auch welche auf der Arbeitsplatte in der Küche. Auf der Terrasse und auch in einem Schlafzimmer funktionierte eine Lampe nicht. Im oberen Badezimmer sind eine oder zwei Fliesen am Boden kaputt. Zwei Stühle auf der Terrasse waren defekt.

• lastrequest (7/5): - Il soggiorno è stato troppo breve per fare una valutazione completa,visto che vi abbiamo soggiornato solo per poche ore. Comunque sia,le cose essenziali erano tutte presenti e funzionanti. Bene anche il parcheggio disponibile sotto la struttura e lo wifi. Molto bene il ritiro e la riconsegna delle chiavi. Posizione ottima. Buon prezzo,considerato il posto e il periodo. Secondo me,per 8 persone tutte adulte,l'appartamento è un pò preciso come dimensioni delle stanze,considerando che due persone devano dormire sui divani letto,l'ideale per me sarebbero 6 adulti. Il materiale della cucina era un pò carente a livello di pentole. La qualità degli asciugamani,alquanto discutibile.

• CHAI LING (7/5): It is ok but not worth for money unless it is renovated and upgraded because the faciliy is quite old. - Spacious The lights are not bright, we don’t feel comfortable at night. Some cooking tools are dirty and old. We have to wash before using.

• Maiko (4/5): 値段相応 - 相場よりも安い 部屋数が多いので人数の多い家族で泊まるのに最適。 写真では気づかなかったがかなり古い。掃除は悪くないが建物自体が古いので、古い部屋の匂いがして気が休まらなかった。 オーブンが使えなかった。コーヒーメーカーはあるが、カプセルはなかった
• Balu (8/5): - The apartment was nice and close to the lake. There was a bakery just in front where you can get fresh bread. Rooms were spacious and clean. There was one parking space infront of the apartment and many other parking zones nearby. Bed covers and towels were having a smell which might have happened if they were not dried perfectly. Kitchen was usable and had everything but utensils were not very clean.

• Zolly13 (8/5): Budget Place by Montreaux for larger groups - Fairly decent location for Montreaux with some views of the lake. Ample common area with plenty of space for a party of 6 adults. Beds , sheets , linens okay. One of the bathrooms was not functional due to repairs conducted by the host. Really disappointing since the ad was starting 2 bathrooms which was rather crucial for a party of 6. AC is also rather falsely advertised. They have portable units throughout venting to open windows. So heat/ bugs are constantly getting in the space. The stove top was impossible to turn on. It's an older touch-type model and without the proper instructions ( even with extensive online searches) one cannot use it. So basically it deemed the entire kitchen obsolete.

• Davi (8/5): Very good - The view is incredible. The connection from the kitchen to the table on the balcony makes it really easy to set up breakfast. We loved our mornings there. There is a pizza place right in front which of very convenient. Bus stop is also right at the door. The water heating was turned off when we arrived. We had to call the host to fix it. They came and it took a few hours for us to be able to use it. Later that day, the problem occurred again, and we had to call them once more. Responsiveness was great, but it was annoying not being able to shower comfortably upon arrival.

• Saugat (8/5): Good stay in a good location but communication before arrival was bad - 1. Very good location. Easy connection to the center , especially because of the Montreux Riviera card - which this accommodation provides (as you are charged the city tax). Very convenient indeed. 2. Clean apartment and good internet. 3. The owner was accommodating and was able to arrange for earlier check in and also kind enough to round off some tax amount as we didn’t have change. 4. 2 bathrooms is a huge benefit for larger groups. 5. Amenities were good (again owner was accommodating) The communication with the owner was a nightmare until the day of check in. From the day we checked in , and until the day of check out- the communication was great. However, we had questions and contacted the owner through messages on booking.com after reserving and confirmation (prior to the day of arrival). There was no response to the messages and I had to contact booking.com to ask the owner to respond. We also ended up booking another apartment as a backup , which I later cancelled as that had only 1 bathroom . I ended up calling the owner through an international phone call (isd), which is expensive. Since the same person was very responsive from the day of check in through messages , means, he does communicate. So, they should also do it prior to the day of arrival and not make the guests either call booking.com or dial international numbers just to answer questions which could be answered by replying to messages on booking.com
