We especially appreciated that it was fully fenced, which made it feel safe and secure. Communication was also excellent and very easy.

• McDonald (10/5): Highly recommended - Very spacious and comfortable with everything that you need. It was really well set up for self catering if that is what you want. Bedrooms were comfortable with spacious separate bathrooms. Comfortable living room and an extra large kitchen. Good private outdoor space. Location was excellent for us. Close to the bike track and Hamilton gardens. Excellent supermarket a couple of minutes walk away.

• Jo (9/5): Super clean, excellent kitchen facilities and great location for nearby Hamilton Gardens. - The location of the property was perfect for our stay which included visiting The Hamilton Gardens which were very close by and playing golf at Tieke. It is very easy to get on and off the main motorway which runs to the east of Hamilton City. The house was spotlessly clean with a well-equipped kitchen, good sized bathrooms, large double door fridge and a private outdoor seating/eating patio. We were able to park one car in the garage which was great and the other one could fit parked in front of the garage. Also, super close proximity to a supermarket and other nearby shops including fast food. The only issue we had was with the beds. We booked as two couples (ie 4 adults). The master bed was fine but the twin beds in the second bedroom consisted of a trundler bed, with the pull out from the trundler bed made up as another single. This would be a fine for a child but was a little small for an adult. We let the owner know who apologized. We suggested they make this clear in the description of the beds.

• Rachel (10/5): Fabulous Choice! - Modern, super clean, warm, comfy bed - best sleep we've had for a while - handy location, great communications. Very handy to supermarket, takeaways, other shops, and the main road into Hamilton. Tip: Don't touch the bottom lock on the inside of the door ... you might just lock yourself out like I did, hahaha. It's not that I "didn't like" something, it's more the fact that the power points were a bit difficult to get to behind the headboard of the bed... for our medical machines - but next time, we'd just take a multi powerpoint plug and extension cord. No biggy in that regard.

Property was extremely well equipped and presentation couldn't be faulted. The only fault... toilet seat in main bathroom wasn't stable, needs tightening

It would have been great if there were hand rails in the shower and by the toilets. We had travelled with a raised seat for the toilet but there was nothing for her to hold on to in the shower. Other than this property was hard to fault. She loved it too.

This is the best property I have ever stayed in！ It's easy to get around, very close to Hamilton Gardens, and there is a lot of food nearby; if you need makeup, the room and bathroom have large mirrors, which is very convenient! Very recommended!! The charging plug in the large room is behind the bed, making it inconvenient to charge the device.
