• Robin (4/5): Quite disappointed - definitely NOT value for money. - The location of the villa was good. Easy access to beach and the views were lovely. Comfort levels inside the villa were acceptable for a “Luxury/Prestigious” category villa. Where do I start here!! The pictures on the website of this Villa don not match the reality. The advert shows photos of the Villa next door. This is misleading. Firstly the written directions to the villa are not accurate. These need to be updated. Would also recommend you promote the use of the Waze App because Google Maps does not work in this area. Was particularly disappointed that during our two week stay there was no intermediate cleaning service. In addition, there was no basis cleaning items provided (eg hoover, toilet brushes etc) Towels and clean bedding were limited for a two week stay. Despite the villa being advertised with Flat Screen TVs and TV - there is no domestic TV channels or cable TV. We had to set up a VPN provided, stream TV via the iPad then share the IPad screen with the TV. Whilst the photos of the pool and outside look lovely, the outdoor furniture was the most uncomfortable we have ever experience - no cushions are provided for the outdoor chairs or the sun loungers and for a “Luxury/Prestigious” villa we believe this is completely un-acceptable . Finally, the security gate for the villa complex is opened by dialling a Cyprus phone number - so don’t leave home without your mobile. We had issues with the pool itself. Pump problems and cleanliness. We had to call upon the maintenance urgently as the pool was overflowing into the garden. “Normal” pool conditions were resumed on day 11 of 14. Finally on check out day - after having a prior written agreement for a late checkout, we experienced the most rude attitude from the local management team(Christina) who constantly denied this arrangement was in place, demanded we pack our belongings and leave because another customer was due into the property. After sending a copy of the email agreement the management team backed down but not after a very aggressive exchange of phone calls.

• Mishael (8/5): Despite the lack of communication, we loved our stay and would definitely go back. - Beautiful villa, very Clean, great pool, amazing view and very comfortable altogether. Zero communication with the owner or rental company. We got there late at night as our flight was delayed and could not find the place. Google maps was inaccurate. There was no one we could call. We found a friendly taxi driver who explained to us. The only way to communicate was through booking and they reply a few hours later. So that didn’t help us. We also needed more linen as my son had nose bleed and were told that new linen is only after a weeks stay.then we couldn’t figure out how to open the Windows or turn on the AC. Again, no one to call. We ended up working it out on our own but it took a while.
