Yadira (8/5): Good place, clean. Unfortunately, a poor response to an item I left in closet. Didn't get it back. - Place ok and clean, good facilities. I wore a nice fluffy hoodie I just bought during the flight as air con always on and gets.cold. As I didn't need it during my stay I hung it in the closet and forgot it there. I contacted the host several times to no avail. I'm still in Cancún and could've picked it up easily. Their response to this matter was very poor, unfortunately that over shadows the experience of the accommodation.
Rebekah (8/5): Great location, amazing beach access comfortable apartment - The beach access was good and the kitchen and pool, the location was cool lots of local seafood restaurants - the tv and Netflix availability etc good for rainy nights The toilet drain, lack of towels was provided with 2 towels and no bath mat - in the heat and going to beach the towels should be more or changed more frequently than every 7 days and the air con in bedroom dropped quite badly - also the plates were dirty when I took one out so I had to wash them all
Otilija (6/5): Pleasant - Spacious apartament, has netlix, has a kitchen if you need it. Also they let us in 30 mins earlier, that was nice. Smell is really bad, don't know what is it.
