• Michaela (8/5): Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und Dallas genossen. Wir kommen wieder! - Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage war hervorragend und das Apartment sehr sauber. Und in den Betten konnten wir sehr gut schlafen! Es waren zu wenig Gläser und Tassen für 4 Personen,lediglich 3 Wassergläser. Es gab keine Geschirrtücher.

And great access out to the fantastic su - Proximity to all of the restaurants and bars nice and quiet and too lovely large bedrooms Minor issue but the Aircon for the main master bedroom is outside the door so I have to sleep with the door open not a real biggie and some of the power points didn't work properly otherwise it was great to have a fully functioning laundry etc

• Priscilla (7/5): It was near Dallas market center. Expensive for a short stay and in a very noisy area. - Clean and updated Hard to park and very noisy at night. Near a firehouse and a hospital so there were sirens all night.
• Erica (9/5): I’ll be back 🤩 - When you walk in the bedroom on the left mattress had a slump and lumps . Need to get a new one . Worst sleep. Other than that the place was great .

• Adrian (8/5): Comfortable stay & worth the price - The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We felt very safe with the enclosed parking garage and security features to enter the building. The Apartment staff were very helpful. The area had a vibrant nightlife, and it was difficult to sleep with loud talking outside and many fire trucks. which would have been okay if we were there for leisure, but we had young children and had to be up very early for a tournament. Also, we were only given one key fob, so we couldn't go and come separately from each other at different times since you had to have the key fob to enter the building. Other than those minor inconveniences, it was worth the price.

• Jennifer (10/5): Comphy beds and great views! - The property is a warehouse of spaces as that is what Deep Ellum has always been known for. The Area is filled with Art, Artists of all types and mostly small businesses. And it’s movin n shakin!❤️ We were very comfortable here. You are surrounded by culture, so enjoy and blend in!

• Nicola (7/5): Given a different apartment on arrival. - The apartment was clean and had everything you needed. No real issues with the apartment (apart from bed) but felt messed around by host. The host text a different address on arrival into the US without any explanation. When asked about this, he relied 'the address to the apartment'. I rang him and he said he had to switch us to an alternative apartment as the AC in the one we booked had broken. I didn't appreciate that he offered very little information on the new apartment. I had to ask about bedrooms, amenities etc and we were left with no choice but to accept the apartment given it was 2am our time after a 10hr flight. The new apartment was about 20 mins walk from the booked apt. As it turned out it was very similar in size/amenities so turned out OK. The beds were OK, comfortable to sleep on but the bottom of one collapsed when we sat on it. On looking you could see both beds had been repaired several times with additional wood/legs so this had clearly happened before. The host was unable to fix during our stay and offered use of a bedroom in another apt two floors up. We did not accept this as the it was the bottom of the bed which had broken so we were still able to sleep in it. The host was clearly a nice guy and overall the issues did not really spoil our stay in Dallas. The apt was in a good location and was in a very secure block. However, I would probably not book with this host again due to the issues we experienced.

• Mac (10/5): Exceptional - E V E R Y T H I N G ! 10/10 recommend! The location is CHOICE. Within walking distance of deep ellum where our concert was held. The amenities were plush, espesh the master bathroom. We were only there for one night but I wanted to stay forever. Definitely our new go-to rental spot now, when we come to Dallas for shows. We're not big ppl by any means but, for some crazy reason, the master bed kinda fell apart when we tried to get in it to go to sleep so, we ended up moving into the guest room.

• Petearriaga (9/5): Not a bad place to stay in the Downtown area at all! We were happy here. - The buildings are cute, well-maintained, and smartly built, you get covered parking and easy access to the buildings from the parking spaces. The apartment is comfortable and clean. Also, the location is relatively centric. The neighborhood is cute within its own bubble, if you go a bit further, there are areas with homeless friends. It is safe though, but it might feel a little uncomfortable to some visitors if you are not used to seeing this in your city or town. It wasn't a deal breaker for us, and we would come back if we need to stay in this Dallas area.

• Sarah (9/5): Great location and space - Really great set up for two couples, or in our case one couple and solo friend. The two bathrooms and two big bedrooms was perfect! Great location to walk to either downtown/farmers market, or deep ellum. Was nice being able to use the pool facilities as well! To get into the apartment you need a Chrip App. Thankfully someone in our group had a USA phone, but it would be a bit hard to check in if you didn't have roaming or data to call someone to check in. Also, just a heads up to bring your own keurig capsules or bring instant coffee, as there is no regular coffee maker or tablets available.
• Maia (10/5): Exceptional - Clean, spacious, convenient to everything. Beds are bigger than queen I think. Full kitchen, balcony, pool big enough for a real swim. Literally the only thing: requires a smartphone app to unlock, which was hard for elderly guests. But if you’re a native speaker of internet, no problem.
• Kunisch (9/5): Very pleased with our stay at this property! - Spacious condo with comfortable furnishings, balcony patio, and well equipped kitchen. Two bedroom with two baths. Quiet, well maintained property with nice pool. Private parking garage with easy access and smooth check in process. The host was readily available and responsive to texts. Great location for any downtown Dallas activity. Overall a very positive rental experience for our group of four. Our only suggestion would be to add blackout curtains to bedrooms.

• Erich (6/5): Great apartment and location. Confusing for initial entry. - Host Duane was very helpful. The location is excellent - very close to downtown Dallas. The apartment was spotless! It was very confusing getting to the apartment. We were on the phone with Duane the entire time from stopping on Taylor Street - where we couldn't find the address - to getting into the parking garage, to finding a parking spot to finally finding the apartment. The Chirp app, while helpful once one is familiar with the location, was very confusing initially.
