- Banu (9/5): Extremely awesome staff - We stayed at this property from the 18th to the 22nd of February 2026. Exceptional Staff and the hotel was very good. Special mention to the Front Office staff Alee, Anita and Reina who went out of their way to make us comfortable. The room assigned to us was huge and comfortable. It was a pleasure staying at this property and we returned to stay with them again from 01/03/2026 to 03/03/2026. Would stay again. The cleanliness of the bathroom and the toilet could have been better. Requires better maintenance.

- Matteo Cam (10/5): Eccellente hotel a Vientiane - Siamo stati due volte in questo hotel sempre in una camera con accesso alla piscina. Camera enorme! Grande come un intero appartamento. Edificio molto bello, letto comodissimo e buona posizione tranquilla e lontana dal caos (meglio se avete un mezzo di locomozione) Bene anche il ristorante dell'hotel, proprio li davanti dove si puó fare la colazione e anche poi mangiare. Gentilissimo il personale in particolare una ragazza alla reception con i tacchi bianchi.

The hotel have their own shuttle service to the airport in pristine people carrier that was cheaper than a tuk tuk. The pool looked lovely, although we didn't have the chance to use it. Great value for money. Only downside for us was the restaurant. We had an evening meal that was good, but the breakfast was not so good. Appeared to cater more for Chinese guests than western tastes. The room was almost like a ballroom. The restroom alone was bigger than most hotel rooms in general. There is a supermarket close by. Not really anything’s pops into mind.

Although the buffet breakfasts were good, if the same place was used for lunch and dinner, the service was incredibly slow. Orders were forgotten, food took over an hour, and bills were wrongly charged. Also, hotel a distance from city centre so be prepared for high transport bills although there is a free hotel service to night market together with free pick up...

Laundry was excellent, super fast, I gave my things in the evening and they turn back the morning after. Nobody spoke English at the reception, there was no instruction about the hotel, how to use the pool, if the gym was open, what time to do check out.

- Neville (9/5): A real gem of a grand hotel. - We chose the hotel because it was located close to the Vientiane Marathon course in which my partner competed. The staff went above and beyond to help him pick up his race pack the day before the race - providing the hotel car and driver to take him to the pick up location. They helped with a massage booking post event & transported us to a restaurant in another part of the city. The property itself is imposing, spotlessly clean, comfortable, with an incredible pool area and charming smiles from every staff member encountered throughout the hotel. We were suprised beyond measure. I used the pool, but wished it had been heated. The breakfast at the adjacent hotel restaurant let the hotel standards down.
- Marine (9/5): Enchanting setting in a quiet & authentic area - Hotels tend to look like each other a lot in Laos, but this one truly stands out with its beautiful architecture and lovely decoration. It's very special and enchanting. It is situated in a lovely authentic part of town walking distance from the That Luang. It was incredibly quiet and the room was extremely comfortable. It was very spacious, with plenty of amenities and great beds. I would recommend adding (more) fruits to the breakfast buffet and setting up a few sitting places outside for tourists who enjoy the sun.
