- Mike (9/5): - Location was good, several car parks within a short distance to park and walk. Room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. It was a nice and cosy little room for the two nights. Everything was good, but I stayed on the top floor and a pre warning about the stairs would have been nice XD

There was a bit of noise outside but this can’t be helped as right in the town centre but that can’t be helped for the property. Would definitely stay here again.
- Wai (9/5): Really good and would recommend to others without carrying heavy luggage. - Located in the center of the town, very convenient. You can buy fresh vegetables and fruits in the morning and cook in the room. Staff are fast to respond, very friendly and helpful! There's a washing machine to use. It needs to walk for three floors to the room. I won't recommend heavy luggage. If there is information of transportation such as phone number of taxi company, bus route to travel the town and train station, washing time of the washing machine will be much better. Water leakage of the pipes also created trouble to me but the staff repaired them shortly.

- Helen (8/5): Excellent location, but early morning noise - It is right in the centre of the city so very close to shops, pubs and restaurants. The apartment has a nice and modern interior with all the facilities you need for your stay. Thank goodness for the fans which were very much needed in the hot weather whilst we were staying. The washing machines in a cupboard on one of the landings are very handy. The apartment was absolutely spotless. The noise from the street cleaning machines woke us at 5am even when wearing ear plugs. The windows are so high we couldn't see out of them, it was very hot while we were there and we could only open the windows a small amount to get some fresh air in to the apartment. The top landing outside the door to the apartment was unbearably hot and after climbing three flights of stairs we all felt ready to collapse! Couldn't open the window there to cool the area down. You have to be quite fit to manage all the stairs to the top apartments.

Was charged £20 for a mark on table which was there on arrival. It appeared to us to be transfer from writing on the back of a brochure put back on a wet surface.
