Guest Reviews
- Justin (9/5): Excellent - I was surprised at the professionalism of the staff.. - A beautiful setting in a gorge in Bali. When exploring the mountainous and more jungle areas of Bali, this place is a must!
I was a little dubious at first, having tents on a river means damp, insects and mud. Not the case here.
Our rooms were beautifully made, with a service daily. The bathrooms are actually quite modern albeit Glamping, with the latest taps and ongoing hot water. Coffee and tea with fresh water are replaced daily, and the staff ensure there is significant deodorising of the rooms to prevent a damp smell.
The river is gorgeous, the place is well kept, but my biggest surprise was the food. Being a bit off the beaten track, I was weary of our food. Turns out we ate better than in Seminyak and Lembongan.
They grow their vegetables and rice fresh, the meat is fresh and well seasoned and the flavour the chef infused had us enjoying our food way beyond our expectations. My son is 11 and not a big fan of Indonesian style food, so it was the Bacon Carbonara pasta on night 1, and the chicken quesadilla on night 2.
They were simply excellent. My wife and enjoyed garlic prawns, Bali rice and a fresh garden salad which was easily as good as any western restaurant. The food does take some time to prepare, but the staff brought our meals down to our deck over the river, and we ate together enjoying the scenery.
The pools are clean and beautiful, the scenery and waterfall walks are spectacular… I was honestly anticipating a 6, but this place got a 9 simply because I don’t believe anywhere can hit a ten.
I look forward to visiting again! Bit of a hike up the hill if you stay down by the river, but not a deal breaker.
- Max (10/5): Incredible jungle getaway - Amazing location in the jungle, stunning views and lovely staff. Great waterfall just a short walk away, beautiful pools and swing. Nothing
- Apichat (9/5): Good place, nice view - View and quiet scenery The location is hard to reach
- hamdi gökhan (10/5): - Konumunu, konforunu, çalışanlarını, kahvaltısını, wifi’sini ve doğal ortamını

- Aron (10/5): In the middle of the jungle - Staff is really friendly and let you feel like home immediately. They do their best to make it a comfortable stay as possible, and informed us really well. Food was decent, and the stay was stunning. It's in the middle of the jungle, very peaceful and untouched. Great to reset, and embrace the nature. We'll definitely come back to this place. Nothing

- Aria (10/5): This tropical heaven is only for RESPONSIBLE TOURISTS - This place is a tropical heaven!! GUESTS MUST BE RESPONSIBLE TO KEEP IT CLEAN from any non-organic waste.
THE STAFF WERE AMAZING! They were extremely helpful. My family and got lost after exploring the waterfall. They found us and picked us up from the location, which was 15min away by car. That means 30mins of driving service from them. My suggestions:
After check out, the resort SHOULD have the guests wait while the staff check the cleanliness outside their cabins. If they litter, CHARGE THEM.
Also, please put a sign to return from the waterfall to the ecopark. There is a sign, but it leads to another side of the river.
The cabins might need a minibar or provide a galon station for anytime refill. So far, we refill our tumblers at the restaurant though.
- Islam (9/5): lovely place with stunning view -
- Sabrina (9/5): Wonderful escape -

- Zorana (10/5): Amazing nature and service - Perfect spot in the jungle - BEAUTIFUL surroundings and excellent service. Hosts are very responsive and accommodating. Would recommend to everyone who doesn't mind being in a non-classic type of stay. It is not a typical, touristy, party place, perfect in every way.
- Terry (9/5): Superb -
- Rachel (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing experience! I could have prepared better.
- Christian (8/5): Good but need to improve - The vibes, the nature, the staff. The door at bathroom is broken, we couldn't close the door and so the water coming out the the toilet area
- Dyah (10/5): Exceptional -
- Pavel (9/5): Superb -
- Evgenii (8/5): Very good - The views were awesome, jungle ambience and cliff are astonishing. The view from tent was not as I expected. Some tents are on the cliff, others are not.
Light bulbs in tent were cold white color - it is real bummer for the atmosphere. Luckily, I had my own lights.
- Kok (5/5): Passable - I had food poisoning
- Ivan.doublevv (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jasony (9/5): The staff were amazing and kind! - The scenery is gorgeous ! Water pressure of the shower isn’t very strong , the pathway to the waterfall is quite hard to trek through.
- Putu (6/5): Pleasant - The ambience so nice however the pool under construction and make noise when i was enjoy the breakfast. The staff was great and the food really good The safety
- Omar (8/5): Way of the Jungle - - Although we booked a medium class room, as we just needed to take a shower and sleep, the hot shower didn't work so as courtesy they upgraded us with no extra charge.
- The view was spectacular, it is a view that can never be missed.
- The hidden Gem waterfall was amazing, a must visit.
- The restaurant was friendly, they attain your diet and are respectful to faith and beliefs.
- Order from their restaurant as it is tastier and within the same budget to other restaurants in the area, especially their Chicken casadilla, and their breakfast fried noodles.
- Nice hospitality with a tasty welcome drink, based upon our choice. - Make sure to get a lot of bug spray as you are, letterly living in a jungle, you are the bugs' guest not the other way around.
- The road to the waterfall NEEDS a guide from the camp, if you lost your way like we did, this is no laughing matter, you seriously might hurt yourself the same as what happened to us.
- The rooms built are a bit primitive so one of the blanks, unfortunately it broke while we were there, as my wife stepped on it, we reported it and they apologized and promised to get on with it directly (so it is a good thing).
- if you are a cat person, you will find resident cats there, but if you are not, they will force themselves in your room
- Anna (10/5): Exceptional - comfortable rooms in the wild, delicious food
- Zainab (6/5): Fantastic concept but lots of room for improvement - The views were amazing. You really are isolated and surrounded by nature- the sound of the birds, running water from the river and stunning greenery. The place has huge potential to be really lovely, the staff were nice too. They have facilities like a swing and some nice picture spots. We booked the biggest glamping tent option they have and we were very disappointed. While it appeared clean initially, there was mold in several parts of the tent and a damp smell. We had some little bugs on the bed.
The bathroom was the worse where there were slugs in many places at night including the shower, toilet, where bath towels are hung and ceiling. I felt extremely uncomfortable and on edge during my stay. I have camped before (not glamped) so it's not that I'm not familiar with camping. The staff tried to help with the smell with air freshener after we flagged it and apologized for the mold but the issue still remained.
- Laima (10/5): Exceptional -
- Windyaries (8/5): Very good - If you're looking for an escape this place is a hidden gem. The staff were helpful and kind. The room especially the bathroom could be a bit cleaner. Breakfast could be improved to a healthier and better quality.
- Listiani (9/5): The location, the owner, the staff ,the food and the place are amazing i would like to come again❤️ - The location was great ,surrounded by the river and also waterfall is nice place to stay for recharging your soul
- Aleksandr (1/5): DANGEROUS HOTEL!!! - Interesting location, beautiful nature It all started well. My wife and I were camping in a tent with a great view. At 2am we were woken up by wild male and female screams, squeals, laughter coming from the next tent. I went out to see what was going on. It turned out that the hotel staff were drinking alcohol together with what turned out to be the Bali Minister and his girlfriend. Despite the fact that the hotel does not sell strong alcoholic drinks and quiet hours start at 10 p.m. I made a polite remark to the group that it was already 2am and they could be a little quieter. This mentioned minister began to behave very aggressively, began to throw chairs, umbrellas, and everything that came to his hands at our tent and shout something in Balinese. I didn’t react to this in any way, I just looked at him, thinking that he would scream and calm down. The hotel staff, four men in total, did nothing to calm him down. Then he and the hotel staff headed towards my tent. He attacked me with his fists, and a fight broke out between us. At that moment, the hotel staff rushed at me and began to hold my hands so that I could not hit him, and he hit me. I managed to break free and headed towards the reception to take him away from the tent where my wife was. At the reception, which is also a restaurant, this minister started throwing chairs, glass bottles, vases, and everything that he could get his hands on at me.The hotel staff couldn’t calm him down, they didn’t call the police, although I told them this repeatedly, and when I tried to approach him, they swooped down on me like flies and tried to hold me down, while they didn’t hold him down, they were afraid of him like the devil. It was very dangerous. The nearest settlement is about 6km from the hotel. It was not even possible to go to the parking lot where our bike was parked, since we were driven from the parking lot to the hotel for about 5 minutes in a special car.We were like mice in a mousetrap.
- Yunita (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing place .. quite and peacefully.. u can hear the nature sounds from the river and bird etc .. i love the vibes .. Nothing
- Pauline (2/5): It was short due sercumstances. Service was ok, food was not great. - Surrounding was beautiful and the view from the tent was breathtaking We came to the eco park. We were offered a drink but nothing was explained they took our bags and showed us the tent. We went for dinner at the restaurant. Unfortunately they didn’t have the good i wanted ( i choose from there menu). We wanted to order cocktails from their cocktails list but told us they didn’t serve alcohol. During dinner time they came to us and distributed us, apparently they putted us in the wrong tent and told us we could sleep one night without extra charges. But if we wanted to stay in that tent we needed to pay extra every night. Which is ridiculous, why would I need to pay extra because of their mistake? They didn’t check us in properly.
I asked the staff if we could rent a scooter or taxi and if there were some activities we could do. They told us, no scooter rent, only a local drive which charges you double and no activies beside waterfall. I asked them if there was anything else to do. They said no.
We stayed there 1 night instead of 4. We had breakfast the staff order a local driver who charged us double and the distance was even shorter… taxi came and shuttle arrived and we were hurried to go.
A day later the staff messaged me on whatsapp told us we didn’t pay and we should pay for the breakfast.
First of all he was standing at the counter why didn’t he reminded us to pay? He knew our situation and we were rushed into going. Why come to us afterwards to correct your mistake?
Overall I would suggest this place for people that are seeking peace and quietness. If you want to do activities and explore go to a place near to activities.
This was not worth my money. It brought more stress because of the mistakes the staff made.
- Ortal (8/5): Very good - The nature

- Eliezer-vanerot (9/5): Amazing experience in the middle of the jungle. Very quiet and peaceful place. The tent is nice and well furnished. Surp - Amazing experience in the middle of the jungle. Very quiet and peaceful place. The tent is nice and well furnished. Surprisingly, the Wifi works perfectly!
- Raghda (7/5): Good - I like everything as an experience. But there is no grap car around the area. The motor bike can’t get in this location.Nothing around this area. I like the water fall and the river. I am glad I did not know that we were the only people in the entire camp until I wake up. lol We wear accepting the car transportation with very high currency that the camp offered to us. It was double grab price but no choices. I didn’t like that at all. We wait more than 30 minutes to get the car.
- Riscka (10/5): Had an amazing stay. - Amazing place, quiet and well maintained. The staff was very friendly. Everything was great. The food selections could be better.
- Shella (10/5): Really nice and enjoyable! The staff also super nice with so many cute cats. - The atmosphere and the nature around the place The water in our room was weak
- Sarah (6/5): Pleasant -
- Charlotte (10/5): Paradise found! - The 'wauw' view, the river, the peace and quiet, the nice restaurant, the friendly staff, ...
- Ni (9/5): We had a good time! - The location was surrounded by green trees & river, it's really peaceful and the best place to spend time with precious ones. The property well-maintained.The room was clean & spacious. The lady who in-charged of the restaurant was friendly and helpful. The portion of the food was generous and tasty.
- Devi (9/5): Superb -
- Ellie (5/5): More camping than glamping - bring your own food - The nature and the location are very beautiful. The deluxe tents overlook the trees with a really beautiful view. The staff is also very friendly and nice. The food is pretty bad. This is a huge letdown as there is nothing close by to eat. Everything felt like frozen food that had been heated up or came straight out of a can. I would recommend bringing snacks and food.
In addition, I wouldn't get excited about the shower. The door was broken, and water collected in the bottom with very little water pressure. However, as it was a camping experience, we were not expecting too much out of the shower.
The tents are not very private at all. We were lucky to have no direct neighbors. But if you did have someone next to you they are only about a meter away. And as you are in a tent, and there are no real walls, you can hear everything. One morning the staff started cleaning the tent next to us and playing music at 9am. This wasn't a very nice experience to wake up to.
I think the place is pretty over-priced for what it is. The nature is beautiful but the cleanliness, food, and lack of privacy make it not nearly as enjoyable as it could be.
- Sitaresmi (9/5): Superb -
- Vigjute (8/5): Very good -
- Dimitriy (7/5): Good -
- Zamfir (10/5): Exceptional - I loved everything about the stay!
- Maik (7/5): Good - Great location and staff. The shower wasn't clean and the drain was nearly closed. The moisture in the bathroom has left it's marks on the wood and the tent walls.
- S (8/5): Very good - The tents are great, staff is friendly and helpful. private access to the waterfall was a great suprise The service in the restaurant is super slow, no matter how many people are in there. That sucks a bit because there aren't any other options for food nearby.
Bring snacks!
- Yanuar (9/5): Great for run away from city life. The surrounding area was calming and quite, we can hear the river stream and forrest - The environment is great! Good facilities, helpful staff, and a cute pet cat stroll around the lobby. Toilet sometimes smell not good, but we can ask for room fragrance from the staff.
- Andrea (9/5): Superb - Nature Tents mat need an update by the river, food was ok, could improve on the food
- Joana (10/5): A natural Gem - Amazing gem in the middle of Bali. It's an unforgettable experience surrounded my nature that includes a river and a waterfall at just 10 mins walking from the tents. Highly recommended if you need to feel in the real Bali.
- Christine (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anton (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional - The beds were very comfortable. The food was so good and the staff friendly and helpful. Beautiful place
- Dominic (9/5): Superb - The location of the accommodation is amazing. It gives you the authentic Bali experience. The staff were very kind and friendly. It is perfect for a couple of nights to unwind. The pods/tents are very close together and I believe that there should be silent time after day 10.30/11. Our experience varied greatly because of this over our two night stay. On our first night we were surrounded by a group of three on one side and a group of four on the other. The group of four stayed up talking and laughing until 2am and this meant that our sleep was not good and interrupted. I must note that I did contact the hotel about the noise and they did ask the noisy tent to be quiet, however this did not work. On our second night we had quiet couples beside us and we had a fantastic sleep, only hearing the sounds of nature.
