• Aigul (5/5): I wouldn - The location is very good. The supermarkets, the beach are nearby. The building itself is new and clean as well as the parking and territory. The view is stunning! Its not a luxury. Its just a new 3 bedroom appartment on the 4th floor. No private pool, as mentioned in the ad. This was a COMMUNITY pool, which is shared by all the guests in the 4 floor building! No shampoo, no soap in the toilets. The bed linen is not fresh at all, as well as towels. The toilet in the guest bathroom was wobbling The openings for the electrical outlets were left exposed I would call it luxury, its just a renovated 3 bedroom appartment.

• viny (10/5): Un coin moderne et comme chez vous ou mieux… - Lappartement est tissé pour que vous vous sentiez comme chez vous, cette maison est équipé de plusieurs équipements essentiels pour vos habitudes quotidiennes. C’est une maison habillée de manière moderne et illuminée sur là tendance actuelle. ( Énormément de lumière) , des chambres propres climatisées avec balcon ou vue avec vitre incurvée (magnifique). J’ai beaucoup admirer le dernier étage avc son Rooftop , idéal pour vos soirées entre amis environs 10 à 15 personnes. C’est un appart avec des pièces moderne (ex salle de bain/ cuisine) Ascenseur à votre disposition très pratique et parking couvert avec portail automatique bravo. C’est un bloc d’appartement très bien situé à flic en flac environ 10 mins de la plage ou du carrefour city (supérette) RAS

• Marie-paule (9/5): Secteur calme, tout près des commerces et de la plage. - Très bel appartement neuf bien décore, 4 éme étage avec ascenseur. Grande terrasse très agréable. Mr Yannick est très réactif en cas de besoin. Rien, cependant on aurait aime plus de casseroles .
• Peter (8/5): Nice modern apartment good value good location - Good location, secure behind gated entrance, dedicated parking space, clean spacious modern apartment There were a couple of things which the landlord has promised to address. Internet connection was a bit slow so Netflix streaming was buffering often. It was tricky to get the showers at a consistent temperature. There is a pool on the ground floor next to the parking area, it is mainly covered so not much sunlight there

Nous avons reçu toutes les informations utiles pour le check-in avant notre arrivée et avons pu louer une voiture à tarif préférentiel grâce à Yanick. Un grand merci à Yanick qui est très disponible, à l'écoute et plein de bons conseils, notre séjour fut réussi grâce à lui ! Nous recommandons vivement et reviendrons ! Tout était parfait
