De Golden Lion pub op loop afstand: voortreffelijke kok en gezellige warme eigenaresse en personeel. Ik kan niks bedenken!

• Rebecca (9/5): Lovely quiet property with beautiful views - Location was easy to find from the instructions, easy to access and perfect for our few days away. It is close to Simouth and a good location for visits to Seaton, Lyme Regis and Charmouth as well. The house had everything we needed and we made dinner without issue for two nights of our stay in the well stocked kitchen. Beds were comfy and shower was good. The view from the balcony is stunning and the owners encouraged us to walk through their garden to access the bridge and river at the bottom. They also ensured there was milk and bread for us on arrival. Nothing. All suited to what we needed

There was nothing we didn't like, just only a couple of things needed..A wall mirror to check your dress in each bedroom or hallway..And maybe the shower a bit more umf..But we have no complaints at all, really nice people..Thank you we will probably visit again

• Susan (9/5): It was convenient for our visit to see relatives and was suitable for the two of us and our dogs. - After a long journey Otter Holt was most welcoming. It was clean, had nice towels and bedding had bread, butter, milk & tea etc. it was exactly as the photos. Views from the property were lovely and it is within walking distance of great riverside walks and a good pub.

The house is super clean with everything you need for a short stay. Nice comfy beds, excellent bathroom and a good functional kitchen. The view is spectacular. All great.

• Philip (9/5): We went to Devon to help family nearby. Otter Holt was just perfect for our needs. - Self catering so met our needs with all the great facilities in the kitchen. Wonderful views from all the windows overlooking the river. Good to come back to such a peaceful location after each busy day. Only one thing in the whole house we found difficult was the bathroom sink which was a bit small for shaving. Otherwise bathroom was excellent with great shower. Bedding and towels all supplied so a real bonus.

• Scopes (8/5): Very good - The view from the balcony is exceptional. The interior was very well presented and spotlessly clean. Once the exterior space is as good as the interior, this will be a fantastic place to stay. We understand that the owners are waiting on builders to finish working and to clear up, but the first impression is disappointing. A slightly larger grass area would be appreciated by our dogs.
