- Crystal Arrington (9/5): - Comfy beds and pool Breakfast it was burnt and not alot of choices had to go out and buy breakfast

- Lloyd (8/5): Great kitchenette, but two bedroom is not a two bedroom - The kitchenette with a large refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, etc. When booking I was looking for a two bedroom. The description of this room said it was a two bedroom. BUT, there was a curtain to pull across to separate a sofa bed from the two queen beds on the other side. It was not a two bedroom. Was looking for a room with the queens in a separate

- Peter (7/5): Good but would rate as excellent if cleaning issue was resolved - This hotel is quite new and the facilities are excellent - 2 queen beds in the room and a kitchenette are ideal when travelling with kids. It is close to shops and Liberty University which is a big plus. This is our 2nd stay and on both occasions there were issues with room cleanliness. We arrived to a spotlessly clean room on our first stay but not for our 2nd stay - trash from previous occupant, dishes in dishwasher, dirty coffee machine and missing cutlery. During both stays we experienced issues with the cleaning of our room - rooms are supposed to be serviced every 2nd day but we repeatedly had to ask during our first stay for a cleaner to service our room (we stayed for about 10 days) and on our recent stay the same issue occurred.
- Vanessa (10/5): It was excellent - Size of the room, cleanliness. Adequate linen in the bathroom. Kitchen area nice with refrigerator to put drinks, there for a baseball tournament that came in handy. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good I like a firmer mattress, it was a little too soft for my liking.

- Susan (10/5): Best hotel in Lynchburg! - The staff was very nice and so helpful. We had family in town and they allowed us to hang out and talk in the lobby area. The hotel is very clean. The rooms are very large and comfortable. Loved the pillows and bed. Great stay! Nothing
- davis (10/5): -
- Maya (10/5): Great stay. I plan on staying again very soon. Relatively quiet area near some fun shopping centers. The front desk Shan - Very clean, smelled amazing, very nice front desk staff named Shanna. There was no hot tub and the water in my room took a little while to get hot, hot.
- Karen (1/5): -
- Jocelyn (10/5): Always a great stay, and will continue to return! - Everything is just 10/10 at this property, and it is the go-to hotel we stay at in Lynchburg. This experience was no different and we will 100% be back! N/A
- Betty (10/5): - The hotel was very clean and had a clean smell, not musty like a lot do. Its only a year old but it didnt have any bad odors. The front desk staff and housekeeping staff were very friendly and smiling. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The shower had good water pressure and the temperature was good. Breakfast was good, waffles, bagels, muffins, fruit and yogurt, and cereal, sausage and eggs. When I'm spending overnight in Lynchburg Va again, will definitely stay here. Would definitely recommend
- Melissa (10/5): - Everything was excellent. Staff friendly, great breakfast, and everything you would need for a weekend away.

The only negative for the hotel is that the breakfast was so so.
I would most definitely stay here again.

- Jennifer (10/5): See you soon Home2Suites! - Awesome stay, but cozy beds to spacious clean rooms and friendly staff…we’ll be back!!!!
- Nancy (10/5): My husband loved it.wants to gobsck - The space of the room Nothing
- Karl (4/5): - For anyone who has an EV, the property states that it has an EV charger. What is has is two spaces for EV chargers, but no actual chargers. I was told I could use the Tru hotel EV chargers next door. Neither worked.
- Spencer (10/5): - We love this hotel. We stay here every time we are in town! Everything is very modern and clean. The staff is all very kind. We haven’t had a problem yet!
- John (10/5): - Staff was incredibly friendly. Facilities were very well kept
- James (10/5): - Large room, very clean, helpful staff
- francis c (10/5): - Conveniently located near food and rooms, clean and comfortable
- Kristen (10/5): - Great!
- Robert (8/5): I would definitely stay here again with my family. - It was clean. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was great for a short stay hotel. Also, I was impressed with the size and quality of the gym as most short stay hotels wedge you into a small room with very little equipment. N/A
- Sarah (10/5): - Great proximity to LU, room was clean and perfect for our needs with small kitchen!
- Julian (10/5): - .
- Nicole (10/5): - Was very happy with the suite.
- Heather (10/5): - Very nice property. Very clean and well-kept with friendly staff.
- Laura A (10/5): - We had a great stay! The beds were super comfortable! The room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly. The room we were in sleeps six, so it’s great for families! The location is convenient to everything! This was our second stay in three months. We will definitely come here again!
- Kelly (10/5): - We travel a LOT for softball. When we walked into the lobby, you could smell the “clean”. The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, & efficient, and answered our questions with a smile.
Room and bathroom had no musty, mildew smell (as many hotels do), the bathroom had way more towels & washcloths than we even needed, and the beds were super comfortable.
Breakfast was more than what comparable hotels would offer, and even the elevator was clean!
Gotta tell you, for a mid-range hotel, this played like a 4-star. You’ve made a fan of this family, for sure.
Thank you!

Gotta tell you
- Rebecca (10/5): - Best hotel breakfast I’ve had in a very long time. Nice place. Quiet. Comfortable beds and hot showers. Everything you want but rarely get from a hotel.
- Aleshia (9/5): Amazing - I love everything about this property. We just experienced a little minor issue our recent stay The bathroom light kept flickering but wasn’t able to get it fixed due to maintenance not being on site. Other than that the stay is always pleasant!
- Keisha (10/5): - Nice hotel
- Thomas (10/5): - Excellent service
- Rochelle (10/5): - Nice clean hotel and good breakfast. Great customer service!
- ARLENE (10/5): - First time visit. Nicely impressed. Smelled of cleanliness. Spacious room and lovely decor. I liked the suite setup. Worth the Hotel.com price.
Tried to book a 2nd nite prior to our arrival date. I was not successful
- Paul (8/5): Very pleasant stay..our 2nd time. We meet out daughter and grandchildren ..Halfeway for both of us. - Nice sized room, with all the amenities needed for "family W/kids" Grand kids loved the pool. Breakfast was not as good as I remembered during our last visit. Da one most of the "hot" items were, at best, luke warm. Day two was better, all of the "hot" foods were processed.. round egg patties, sausage, potato cakes. Not very tasty.
Dishwasher was not properly installed and fell forward when opened,, It was also very difficult to open because of this issue.
Curtain chain was messed up and very noisy when adjusting....woke sleeping children.
- Jason (10/5): - Quick check in. Clean, spacious and predictable rooms. There is lots of parking. The staff was friendly (unless you were the person trying to put a fully assembled bagel breakfast sandwich into the bagel toaster… even then she was nicer than I would have been).
- Reid (9/5): Good but very costly. - Clean, staff very friendly. The cost for 1 night. It was outrageous to charge double for a room for one night due to a college graduation in the area. The same room the weekend before and after, along with other weekends were half the cost. We traveled for other purose not a graduation. Cannot believe our room was $440 for one night and other times is it's $200. Very sad. The concrete side walks are crumbling.
- Cindy (10/5): Wonderful - Gym pool room Nothing
- Diane (10/5): - Nice and big and clean room!! Comfortable bed with full fridge and automatic blinds!! Loved it!!
- Alice (4/5): The hotel was nice and comfortable. - The breakfast was good and the room was great. The key system was down and every time we needed to get in the room, the person at the desk had to let us in.
- Katherine (10/5): - Excellent customer service. Spacious and clean rooms. Heated indoor pool was amazing . Close to shopping , dinning and LU access. We will stay here again.
- Mccoy (1/5): Bad -
- Darryl (9/5): Superb -
- Debra (10/5): - Beautiful property that makes you feel special to be there. The suite was clean and comfortable and had a lovely sofa and sitting area. The bed was so comfortable and the TV was large and included streaming apps, which we enjoyed. The pool was fun to use. Breakfast was delicious and had more than the usual offerings, so including a hot oatmeal and toppings bar. There was chamomile tea in our room that was probably the best tea I’ve had. The honey that was in the lobby was very much appreciated. So many wonderful touches enhanced our stay. We loved it!
- Mary (8/5): - Nice place
- Pj (8/5): A really good overall stay and would definitely stay again and recommend to others - The breakfast was good. Rooms were lovely and spacious and immaculately clean, well thought out and well stocked. Loved the toiletries supplied in the bathroom. Price was reasonable and location was good especially in relation to Liberty University and local shops. Breakfast was good but sometimes a little understocked if you went a little later in the morning. Front desk staff sometimes a bit unprofessional - depended who was on duty - sometimes extremely efficient and professional and sometimes not so much. Room wasn't cleaned every 2nd day as promised but staff did respond well to request to clean.
- Tony (6/5): -
Tastefully decorated room. Clean. Quiet. Receptionist was indifferent and sluggish.
- Marty (10/5): - Very clean new property!! Highly recommend!!!
- Lauren (7/5): n:a - clean nothing
- Allen (8/5): Very good -
- Stephen (10/5): Exceptional - Great breakfast, very clean, lots of space in the room, so perfect for a family with 2 toddlers. Great shower! Could use more firm pillows.
- Jessica (10/5): Exceptional -
- Donna (2/5): Not worth the money - Location Very rude help. Three nights and they never changed the towels. When questioned about it they to
Led us if we wanted clean ones we had to come and get them. When we went down we were giving the finger by the front desk clerk
- Aleshia (9/5): Would definitely stay again! - Everything else was perfect! My kids LOVED the indoor pool and the room was very clean and spacious We ran out of body wash and it wasn’t filled by the time we left so we had to use the bar soap 😩
- Angela (10/5): Excellent room, staff was friendly, near some good restaurants - Room was clean, spacious, had everything we needed Room wasn't ready when we checked in, even though we checked in later than 3pm. We had to wait in the lobby for about 10 mins.
- Alison (6/5): Pleasant - Rooms were very clean. Staff was very friendly. Not a good breakfast variety so we skipped it. Designated dog walking area was atrocious. Trash and broken glass everywhere. The dog walking area was also the smoking area so cigarette butts were all over the ground where you have to walk the dog. No security at the hotel. There was a man drinking and smoking marijuana at the dog area. Didn't feel safe.
- Vincent (10/5): - Family-friendly and a great place for large families.
- LaToria (10/5): Business trip - Nice hotel
- Shanyaih (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lynel (10/5): - The beds and pillows were so comfortable!’
- Tameka (10/5): - Zero complaints!
- Xiomara (9/5): Great price, great location, great breakfast - Front desk girl had her food and purse on the front desk. Not very good impression. There was a guy in front of us waiting for someone to come to the front desk, she didn’t even apologize for the wait, when we went out for dinner she was sitting in the floor by the front door smoking.
- David (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mike (8/5): - .
- George (10/5): Everyone was a pleasure to deal with. - The breakfast was good. The location was good. As far as I’m concerned, I have no complaints.
- Hoover (10/5): Will definitely stay there again! - Clean rooms with everything you could possibly need. Staff was friendly and very helpful!
- Michael (8/5): Very good -
- Tierra (10/5): - Beautiful rooms!
- JOSHUA (4/5): - They put us under a family that apparently had every kid they could find and paid them to stomp and yell all night.
The light in our bathroom didn’t work.
When I told them they said “oh, you should have requested a room on the top floor”. We will never stay there again. We go to Lynchburg often to see our kid in college. We will just use the Hampton inn as we never had an issue.
- James (6/5): - Nice hotel that is close to LU.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The room was nice and spacious but the bathroom was not clean there were hairs in the shower , sink and around the toilet. The soap holder on the bathroom sink had soap scum from the previous guest left behind. The dish soap was also used and should have been replaced. Other than that it was an amazing stay
- Kaukauna (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alan (10/5): - Very clean and great staff.
- Robert (9/5): Superb -
- Jordan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Joshua (10/5): - It was Great! We plan on staying here again this year. The breakfast was good and had a decent variety Just dont want until the end to come down. There was one day we got up later than usual Still with over an hour left for breakfast. adn they said they werent making any more of the sandwhiches which they only had 1 left when we got there. But other than that staff was great adn the room was by far the best we have ever stayed in. We loved our experience there.
