- Amelia (8/5): - Room was clean, however both dishwasher tablets and washing machine pods were provided, though neither machine was present. Room was in a good location, very close to shops, train station and the old town, however the windows looking out on the shared corridor made both myself and my boyfriend feel uneasy. The drain was also slightly blocked with shower water draining quite slowly. The room overall was very nice and cosy, entry instructions were clear and everything necessary was provided.
- Cody (2/5): - This place is at the top of three rickety flights of stairs with no light. Three keys, with four locks to navigate in the dark. Checkin is after 4pm. The pipes in the bathroom vibrate like a jackhammer at odd hours. 24/7 support has a 3-5 business day reply, emergency number was not contactable. This place is roughly the same price as a hotel, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. The studio was clean and new, but the management is operating like a slum lord. Expect noisy, smoking neighbors, vibrating pipes, and crumbling infrastructure. 4pm is really late for checkin, no communication, this place is not set up for tourists. Go to a hotel or a more reputable location.
- Daria (10/5): - Overall experience was amazing, the only problem is with the check-in time. The only possible check-in time is after 16:00 so be careful here! Plan your trip accordingly as I had to stroll around from 11:00 till 16:00 with my baggage .. The room was clean, modern, and warm just in the center of Krakow. 5 min walk to the old town, 6 min till shopping mall and train/bus station. Just near the apartment there is a small shop to buy snacks. Complimentary coffee and tea in the apartment.
