• Leo (4/5): Disappointing - Nice location, spa is quite good Rooms are extremely hot with no way to cool them down. Too hot to sleep comfortably. Despite this we didn’t have hot water for a shower on one morning. Food from the bar is not great and over priced. Breakfast is a little limited for the price they charge. It is also quite noisy at night between cars coming and going and other guests.

• Alyson (8/5): Comfortable and good location - Excellent location as we were at a function at the cricket club, 100 metres wy A little disappointed that there were no extras in the house. For example no shower gel or a good supply of toilet rolls. Most places I’ve stayed in has a welcome pack but there was nothing.
• Sean (9/5): A comfortable, very well equipped house, in a great location. - It was great to have the ability to dry clothes that had been washed. Too many places provide a washing machine, but nowhere to dry them - no washing line, pegs, maiden etc. The kitchen knives were also sharp and a sharpener provided; again, too many places make cooking difficult by not providing sharp knives (we bring our own sharpener now). There was also plenty of kitchen implements, plates, mugs etc. The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms were large, with plenty of storage for clothing. Another personal bugbear is places that say they sleep 6, but only have clothes storage (ie wardrobe and drawers) for 2! No issues here with wardrobes and drawers in all 3 bedrooms. The bath towels could have been a little larger, but I appreciate that can be a personal preference. Certainly those provided were adequate enough. The bathroom door didn't shut properly without effort (slightly swollen?) which made our 11yo granddaughter feel slightly uncomfortable, but she soon got used to closing the door with a (very) hard push.
• D (7/5): Good location - Comfortable home - Only one bathroom! - Handy for promenade, good for shops and other locations. Spacious and bright. Disappointed there was only ONE bathroom (NOT two as advertised)! Bathroom door hinges are loose causing problem with closure and locking! Pans in kitchen need renewing - Teflon peeling off - not safe!

• Tabith (9/5): Yes it was good bus stop near if you wanted to use it.ok . - No bath mat . No small towels. Some of the games the parts were missing. Could not play the games.we needed more information for use of oven.
• Fran (10/5): Lovely property in a lovely seaside resort - Lovely and spacious, everything working well, comfortable beds. Really easy walk to the beach (less than 5 mins from leaving the house to being on the beach) and several playgrounds very close to the house too for our kids. A brilliant town to stay in with young children too. Would definitely recommend. -
• Lu (10/5): A house which offers home feeling - Very functioning and easy to use house. The bedrooms are in good size and beds are comfortable. Shower water is good. The location is perfect in between of Llandudno and Colwyn bay beach, and with convenient stores on the corner. Parking in front of the house. Just very home like feeling. Hope the curtains to better black out the light. Waste instructions can be clearer.

• Vivienne (8/5): Happy Christmas - Great location, local shop and seaside within walking distance. Large rooms, well equipped kitchen with wine cooler. Comfortable lounge. Instructions left for appliances, Dining table and chairs. Upstairs bathroom with toilet and 2nd toilet downstairs very convenient . We had a lovely Christmas in the house. Only 3 high chairs at kitchen island, could do with 1 extra. Comfortable beds and sofas tho furniture a bit dated.
