• Andrea (6/5): Good but... - I liked the size of the house and the facilities on site. It was very clean and comfortable. The facilities like the big pool and the games around it were great. My main issue is the half-truths/omissions in the listing. 1.) There's no mention of needing to pay $25 per car for a gate key card. Not a deposit. You don't get that back despite returning the card. This should be in the listing. 2.) The listing says 'heated pool' and I'm 85% sure there is no heating in the pool at the house. The owner told me it had broken that week (conveniently the day my payment was made), but there was absolutely no evidence of it being heated - no switches or instructions on how to work it anywhere. Not in the fuse box....pretty sure it was a flat out lie and they can say they meant the pool in the main club is heated. But I don't know. 3.) The listing says 'toiletries included.' This was completely false. There was one small hand soap in the bathrooms and that's it. No shampoo or conditioner or anything else. 4.) Very minimal supplies. Not enough toilet paper, dish soap, no coffee or tea or even salt or pepper. We had to buy everything m

• Colette Fisher (8/5): Beautiful property with bad gate keepers. - The community was very nice. The home was awesome. The owners were very people friendly. I would stay again in this beautiful home. It was one of the nicest homes. You have to pay $25 per vehicle. which I did. $50 for 2 vehicles. The problem is that the security team at the gate is the first people you meet. Very cold nasty and short. I left out early one morning and returned later to a female guard that looked like a gang member with one pants leg rolled up. I advised her that I left my card at the rental home but have my ID. She said to me that there's nothing she can do about it. I advised her I paid for 2 cars and I really needed to get back. She told me, "So please use a card or move out the line . I was so taken aback when she said you can park outside and walk in to get your card.I asked for a supervisor and was allowed in after showing my ID. This interaction alone would make me not stay again. The gate staff does Not match the staff inside the gates. Very friendly and accessible.

• Ahling (9/5): A Home Away From Home 😁 - The property was located in a nice, safe and gated community. It was spacious, clean and organized. The kitchen was equipped with everything one may need whilst on vacation. The beds were comfortable. Everything shown on the website was exactly as depicted. It was easy to get comfortable and felt like home quite quickly. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for good family accommodation while visiting the city. Thanks to the property owners for a seamless experience. Would definitely consider renting again in future. It would’ve been nice to have had an outdoor grill. A couple of other things worth mentioning, so that the owners can rectify for future renters are….the lights in two of the bedrooms didn’t work so we just used the beside lamps provided, so it was a bit dull in the evenings. We figured it was due to dead remote batteries. Also, the main washroom shower head had very little pressure so we all just used the shower in the master ensuite, which made it a little inconvenient as we had to queue up to shower after long days at the park. Other than these minor inconveniences, everything was great.
