• Luis (10/5): This is a condo. I will definitely look into renting again. - I really like the location. It was close to the market small Plaza. Restaurants felt very safe. The host responded effectively. The beds were comfortable, really clean. Has AC in every room. I liked everything about the ease of getting in. He’s getting out cleaning this. Don’t let the outside for you since their condos inside is amazing and cozy.

• Donna (10/5): Great stay! - The apartment is very comfortable and cozy. Everything you need and In a great area that is safe to walk around. The grocery store is across the road and walking distance to a park, restaurants, pizza and Dq! It even has a desk and chair to work at.

The host made the property a home away from home with so many amenities and items that were included in the kitchen and bathroom. The beds were very comfortable with a very nice family and kitchen.
• Juan Antonio (9/5): LIMPIO, CÓMODO Y BIEN EQUIPADO - El equipamiento del departamento y los detalles de la decoración. Que en el cajón del estacionamiento está muy estrecho y una camioneta mediana no cabe entre la banqueta del mismo y un árbol que está a la derecha, por lo que es preciso dejarlo en la acera de enfrente, que casi viene a ser lo mismo. Por otra parte, el edificio se ve descuidado por fuera y le falta una buena mano de pintura, así como a las áreas comunes.
• Andrew (7/5): Nice spacious spot in the heart of Chapalita - Great location, spacious and fairly comfortable. Beds were pretty comfortable and the tech (TVs, keyless entry, air conditioning, WiFi and Internet) were all good. Kitchen was fairly well stocked, although a few basics could have been restocked a bit better. Nice pool and interior grounds which we didn't get much chance to use. Very fair price for the space and location. Water pressure was bad, even for Guadalajara. Taking a shower was problematic. Security entrance to building presents a challenge if you have multiple people in your group. Only one key provided and you need it to both leave and enter the building, so if you are on different schedules with other members of your group, sharing the key presents a problem. Unit on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator so if you have mobility issues, be aware.

Water spilled out of the bathroom into the leaving room which we have to clean. Lock in the master bathroom doesn’t open sometimes from the inside. Needs to be fixed.
• Peter (8/5): The apartment is fine, it's just that, for me, Guadalajara is not my idea of a touristable city. - The apartment is IKEA stylish with wide open spaces, I could imagine living there. Equipped well. Information received. Still feels like an AirBnB, though. Tropical storm knocked out WiFi, I had to use the bookshop open WiFi to get access. Very far from the conference venue I eventually ended up going. Due to a delay, I could not meet hosts personally.
