Gloria (1/5): Mai più! Truffa e mancanza totale di supporto - Terribile esperienza! Ho prenotato 3 notti in questo appartamento ma l’esperienza è stata disastrosa. Appena entrati, un fortissimo odore di muffa ha reso l’aria irrespirabile. Ho iniziato ad avere difficoltà respiratorie e ho dovuto assumere subito del cortisone. Dopo appena 30 minuti dal check-in, siamo stati costretti ad abbandonare l’alloggio e a prenotare altrove. Ho contattato immediatamente l’agenzia che gestisce la struttura e anche Booking.com, ma persino Booking ha avuto difficoltà a mettersi in contatto con loro. Ho scritto decine di messaggi su WhatsApp, allegando foto dei miei occhi gonfi e delle medicine prese, ma non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta. Nessun supporto, nessuna assistenza. Dopo quasi due giorni di silenzio, mi è arrivato un messaggio automatico con le istruzioni per il check-out, come se non avessimo già segnalato tutto e lasciato la casa! Purtroppo si è trattato di un’esperienza pessima che ci ha rovinato l'inizio della vacanza. Evitate assolutamente questa struttura e l’agenzia che la gestisce: è una truffa.
