• Sacha (5/5): Modern, noisy flat in a good location which could do with some improvements. - The flat is spacious, it’s decorated nicely, the kitchen is modern with a good oven and hob and there was a large selection of basics left eg rice, spices etc. cleaning stuff was left for washing up and dishwasher with new sponges and t towels. The bed and sofa is really comfortable. The flat has good transport links as really close to DLR and buses. Supermarket is opposite and a couple of restaurants are really close (opposite side of building) along with coffee shops and other convenience stores (dry cleaners etc). Getting the key was straight forward. The host contacted me the morning of my stay to say there had been a leak but there was another apartment the same available (I was given option of cancelling and full refund). I was told that check in details would be sent at 2pm, at 4pm I still hadn’t received and had to chase. The flat has black damp in the wardrobe in the bedroom so the bedroom smelt unpleasant (we slept on sofa bed). There were not many cooking utensils for example no can opener, knives to prepare food with, spatulas etc and there was only one bowl so had to take in turns to have cereal and there is no toaster. The bathroom door handle was hanging off on the inside. I stayed over a weekend and the flat is noisy as opposite shops and close to restaurants and directly above the entrance to building.
• Chantelle (2/5): Dirty and uncomfortable - Unfortunately the apartment was very dirty, I had to wash all the towels and bedding before use as there were visible stains on them. There was food and mess left under the bed and at the very last minute only a few hrs before I was due to attend the property I was told by the host that due to a leak the apartment would be changed, however this apartment had a very leaky shower. Another thing that really baffles me is the photos used to advertise this property do not seem to be true to the actual location of the apartment. When I initially made the booking and was trying to locate it on my maps, I was being shown the actual location of the NEW PROPERTY located to me. I know this because during the search all I kept on getting was the 2nd apartment location and views of shops even before the booking changed. I assumed my view ion the map was wrong and maybe the first booking was closer to the view of the water than what I could see on the map. Then when the location changed and I checked the APPARENTS NEW LOCATION I was given the same EXACT search spot as I’d originally seen when checking for the first option. I believe some false advertising may be happing here, also I found the host extremely unhelpful and uninterested in the feedback given after my stay. I found their response extremely rude and unapologetic. I would not recommend this host to anyone and I will NEVER BOOK WITH THEM AGAIN!!

• Kimberley (10/5): Perfect stay for our perfect weekend away - Communication and clear instructions and information from the host was given from the moment we booked. The key was easy to get and gaining access into the property was very straight forward. The apartment was very close to the uber boat station, local shops and places to eat too. Very clean and modern, all fixtures and fittings were in exceptional order. When we walked through the door, you could smell how clean it was, the heating was set to a very welcome setting. The bed was very comfortable. The WiFi, easy to access, ice in the freezer. Everything accessible to cook a meal and the dishwasher was very clean with chemicals there ready to use. The apartment was very comfortable and the host very polite. Everything was very straight forward and it made our first stay in London for my birthday, a very pleasant memory. Thankyou so much to Micheal for being the best host we have experienced to date. We will be sure to highly recommend and use again for our next trip Nothing
• Sherif (5/5): very disappointing treatment from the host - location 1- I hav to get the key from a point carrying all my luggage and the back grabbing my luggage for about 11 mints walk 2- there was items in the property un appropriate like siranges in the fridge , the fridge so icy , the drainage is not good , bathroom ventilation is not working , hating system is very poor , felt cold all time 3- receiving a warning form the building concierge about payment for Maintenace of the heat system ???? 4- no check out instruction , mail sent late at night and I have to improvise by leaving the key in the mail box 5- always when you call property no answer, that did not call tell I sent them the warning I received by mail 6- I have to go through booking.com to force the host to giver information and way to checkin

• Renn (10/5): Luxury flat with kind and helpful owner. - Modern, clean, and well set up. Communication was wonderful and the instructions on how to get to the location and pick up keys were clear and very useful. The bed was comfy, the windows let in lots of natural light and the property had a full working kitchen with a large fridge/freezer to use. It was a little bit of a walk (5-10 minutes out the way) to get to the key pickup, and the times the shop is open or closed influence when you can check in/out. It worked out fine for us just something to be aware of! The flat itself was missing a couple of small things eg. Dishwasher tablets/ washing up liquid and hand soap.

• Aniela (9/5): Overall good stay very clean apartment. Location was perfect. The fact of having a market read across was very helpful a - It was a nice clean modern apartment Pillows were comfortable but just the mattress needs to be changed.

• Rebecca (8/5): Excellent location, great value for money and would definately stay again! - Excellent location, easy access to central london via the DLR (2 mins walk away), plus a lovely 20-30 min walk to excel. Very modern apartment, felt clean and well maintained. The host was exceptional, was always on hand to answer any questions. Picking up the keys and access to the apartment was easy and secure. Always felt safe. Bed is not the comfiest, but for price and location wasn’t a problem for us!
• Zoe (7/5): Great location for Excel - Location was perfect for our requirements and questions about public transport and other queries were quickly answered. Host was also accomodating with our potential late arrival. Collection of the keys was problematic. They were at a 'key nest' in a local shop but there was no where to park. I had a car so it was then easy for me to drive to the location but if you were relying on public transport - you would have to go to the shop and then get to the apartment which was about 15 minute walk. Parking is available but I had to drive round for a while to find a space.
