• Deanna (2/5): It was ok. Wouldn’t stay again. We wanted to leave and the no refund and no one calling me back was unacceptable. False - Nothing The ad is falsely advertised. It’s not a 2/2 it’s a 1 bedroom and a loft and only 1 full bath. For four people that’s not sufficient. The location is loud and not great. Yes, it’s only a few minutes from the better parts but where it’s actually at- it’s not great. The blinds were not black out and there are windows everywhere , which is nice but at night- they need to be blacked out to get proper sleep. Between the light coming in in the 1 room and the main space and the noise- sleep was not happening. I needed up getting plugs and a sleep mask and that helped but not 100-%. The place needs black out shades.

Apartment was very nice, my kids were so excited. The bed for me was very comfy and the balcony gave me a place to relax. There was not a lot to dislike. I was very happy and I’m looking forward to staying again.

• parkhurst (8/5): Enjoyable and convenient to the surrounding events we were in town for. - Location and ease of obtaining key and fob. Description talked about being able to sleep a lot of people but there was only one bedroom. The other bed was a part of the Loft and completely wide open. I didn't like how it was a little deceptive with the layout and privacy.

The facility had everything we needed, and the service was top-notch from start to finish. Communication was smooth and easy, which made the entire experience stress-free. Highly recommended—we would definitely stay here again!

• Casey (8/5): - It was very open with nice furnishings. Plenty of space for everyone. I was unhappy with the listing as it stated the jacuzzi was open and it wasn't when we got there. It was completely empty. This was one of the reasons we booked the property.

• Michele (8/5): Clean, comfortable, great location. Pool, Spa, Games made this a great family stay for 2 nights. - Super simple, no contact. Could arrive whenever. Beds were very comfortable.The hot tub was a great size. The pool was a good temperature and shaded. Games rooms were great also. Smiths and some decent restaurants within walking distance. There were no blinds on the upper windows at all and the lower ones were sheer so the sun was blazing at 8am. Blackout blinds would make it more comfortable. The TV needs better speakers, sound is very tinny when watching action films. The AC vent is very loud, making it worse. Sofa is pretty uncomfortable unless opened into a bed. A few small improvements would definitely make this a 10 star place.

• Erin (8/5): Great place for a family or a group of friends. Make sure the entry instructions are communicated. - Beautiful apartment, nicely decorated, new everything. Well appropriated kitchen, lots of cookware/utensils/small appliances. I loved the breakfast bar/eating area. Smart TV. Well stocked towels and linens. Good location, near the light rail, easy to drive anywhere. Very comfortable. Our check-in was not great. Despite messaging the property ahead of time with my arrival time and asking for instructions, I only received a message back stating that they (the host) will see us soon. I assumed, since I didn't receive any instructions, that there would be a person to meet us. This was not the case and having walked around the outside of the building a few times looking and failing to find some kind of reception area (and it was like 105 degrees so that made it much worse), I tried to call the number for the host listed on booking several times. No answer. Then I messaged the property on booking. After a few minutes, I did get a response and was able to connect with the host via facetime so he could guide me as to where to go to gain entry into the building and the apartment. He confirmed that I should have received instructions for entry, but looked like those instructions were never sent. And even after we gained entry, I think those instuctions and other information about the building's facilities would have been helpful, but they were never sent. All this to say, we loved our stay, just a bumpy entry left a poor first impression. I'm sure these kinks will be worked out over time.
