• Lilibeth (8/5): Good place to stay - Great location, v near to the miracoli, great facilities, good bed, quiet apt, clean, helpful host (allowed cousins to store luggage while visiting Pisa, allowed us to leave luggage til 1pm) 1.The great stress we had because we weren't informed of how to access the apartment before arrival. We arrived before 11pm ....in a dark unfamiliar place. We tried calling the place, asked booking.com to ask for the access code, pm on the day of arrival, with no answer fr host. She only informed us at 11.07pm when I text SOS. 2. The 55 marble steps going to the apartment. I was thinking if we trip, it could be our end. It is scary and risky. Not for ppl w mobility problems 3. The glass shower door keeps coming off. There is a risk of it falling on us while showering. It should be checked and secured. 4. Maybe a bit of water and milk and bread for those arriving v late at night will be appreciated. It can be added to bill; some kitchen towel for drying dishes n hand.

COMFORT the place is immaculate and you have all you need.. air con included. HOST Antonella was always very helpful and answered questions within minutes.. Top place N/A

• Eileen (10/5): Exceptional - The property was very clean and well maintained. I would recommend that the WiFi password is displayed, that the host sends the key box code at 3pm. Remember to bring soap and a tea towel.
• Boatwright (8/5): Very good - Lovely comfortable apartment in a great location 2 mins from the leaning tower. There are alot of steps upto the apartment so wouldn't be suitable for anyone with any mobility issues. The only issue was the plumbing. Water pressure and temperature control for the shower wasn't great but apart from that everything was great and brilliant value for money. Clean and comfortable.

• Cristian (9/5): We will return here with pleasure - Perfect location very close to Piazza dei Miracoli and restaurants Pam and Carrefour supermarkets just 10 meters from the location Very spacious and well equipped location View of the Leaning Tower of Pisa si spre botanical garden Very helpful host and available at any time Taxi station near the location The location is ideal for short and long stays. We will definitely return to this location There are stairs to climb to the apartment and it is not suitable for people with physical disabilities or old but it didn't bother us.
• John (8/5): Lovely central location to explore Pisa and surrounding villages. - We loved this apartment and had a fantastic week in Pisa. The location is central but very quiet with no street noise whatsoever. There are 3 supermarkets within two minutes walk, and a fantastic range of restaurants straight outside the front door and it is a 20 minute walk to the railway station, which we used to travel and explore Lucca, Livorno and Cinqe Terra. The bedroom is spacious but could do with more clothes storage space if you are staying for a week. Bathroom storage is great. There is efficient Mosquito netting on all of the windows. The kitchen layout is very good and has all the basics for two people but it would have been nice to have some kitchen scales and a measuring jug. There are one or two things which would take this from an 8/10 to 10/10. We had difficulty contacting the host with the WhatsApp number provided and it would have been nice to have a house information/guide pack. The shower was adequate but we found temperature control difficult and one of the doors kept falling off the runners and they did not close properly.

• Mark (9/5): A wonderful introduction to Italy and all it has to offer. - Fantastic location and views. Beautifully decorated and fitted. Great air conditioning. Friendly and accommodating welcome from staff. Would have found a double mattress more comfortable.
• Brian (7/5): The beginning and the end of our visit was very stressful cf above. Other than that , a good time. - Tried to contact the host within the first 30 minutes of our stay and no reply over our 3 day stay. As much as we liked the apartment there were 56 steep steps up to the apartment, no elevator. My wife and I are both 67 years old and with large suitcases , we would not have chosen this apartment had we been fully informed.
• Julie (10/5): Great apartment, would stay there again.Loved Pisa. - Very large apartment and exceptionally clean. Great location. Good communication with owner. Nothing. However, it would be nice to have had the use of a microwave, toaster and perhaps one English speaking tv channel. These are not criticisms but suggestions for future guests.

• Asher (7/5): Disappointing - The location was very good. Right in the centre of pisa. Easy access to the restaurant's, shops and local facilities. Did not realise how many steps to the apartment. The top stairs were very steep and hard to get luggage up and down. Water randomly stopped and started. Not welcoming. Not even a bottle of water to boil the kettle or soap in the bathroom or a teatowel. Clean but certainly not spotless.. overall disappointed given the reviews I read. No fire extinguisher, safety measures, smoke detectors etc so guest safety and comfort seemed unimportant.
• Loretta (9/5): Beautiful large apartment with Tower of Pisa view - Really beautiful apartment so close to the leaning tower of Pisa-could actually see the tower when laid in bed! Very well equipped and a great TV. Bed comfortable and loved using the washing line Italian style! When going to use the washing machine it was half full with stagnant water which absolutely stank the apartment out, not a huge problem as I used Google translate and cleaned it myself...just a note for the cleaners to check!
• Jane (10/5): We would definitely visit again. - The hosts were really friendly and professional. The apartment was exceptionally clean and although we know about the view when booking, it was lovely to be able to see the tower illuminated at night while we lay in bed. The area was bustling with lots of places to eat and drink nearby, with this in mind, we were surprised at how peaceful the apartment was. Although the apartment has A/C, we preferred the lovely breeze when we opened the windows.
