• Michael (4/5): Not for us. - Location was good. The stairs to the apartment, lots of them and very step. The plug in the bathroom sink did not work and needs attention. The apartment could have been cleaner. The stairs to the mezzanine level need looking at, very noisy when you use them
• Christopher (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is very spacious and exceedingly comfortable. The location in the city is perfect. Located right across the river from downtown, it's quiet in the evening, and still only a 10 to 15 minute walk to all of Florence's larger attractions. There are still plenty of great dining options within 3 blocks of the apartment as well.
• Ian (8/5): Florence is fantastic, but the crowds can be annoying. - Quirky apartment, living area spacious but it worked. 80+ steps up from street are a challenge, but location is excellent. Steps up from the street.
• Jacek (7/5): Good value for money for a group of 4 - Amazing location. Very spacious. Issues with temperamental boiler and central heating. Haven’t had hot water almost every single morning
• Mark (8/5): Stylish and spacious but needs more care - Spacious and stylish Broken washing machine… had clearly been broken for a long time. This was a big issue as it was a long stay. Couch extremely worn out. Furniture in dining room a bit dirty.
• Eduardo (8/5): Very good - The location is great, there's a wine window beside the building. No elevator. We have to carry our luggage and the stairs get steeper at the top and scary to go down with your luggage.

• Χριστινα (8/5): artsy and cosy - This little apartment is a very pleasant place to stay and spend your time. It is comfortable and cosy. We really liked its aesthetic and the furniture! Also, we have to note that the place has a lot of light and it was very clean. the only downgrade is that there are a lot of stairs to walk until you reach the door. from the other hand ,it has a very nice view as it is very high up. there is a little detail that we also did not like: one of the windows had a ripped window net and all the mosquitoes were coming in.
