• Rafika (8/5): Nice apartment in quiet neighborhood - The location is in the quiet neighborhood. Parking is not so difficult to find. The two bedrooms apartment has two floors. One where all bedrooms are and one for kitchen and living room. You can access both with elevator (that open inside apartment) or small stairs. So if you travel with crawling child or elderly, this is something to think about. The apartment is clean. Smart tv with different streaming is nice. Balcony in each bedrooms and big balcony by living room is really nice to sit in early morning or in the evening when you want some quiet time. Communication with the staff is easy and they responded almost 24/7. We cant sleep well the first night, as we didnt get proper blanket, just a thin layer of textile. With AC in front of the bed, it became too cold. Also the hot water didnt work the first night. We arrived late so having cold shower in the late evening felt horrible. The extra bed was also broken so it cant be used. But I chatted with the staff about it and they fixed these problems the day after. The rest of the stay became much more comfortable. There are some small adjustments needed to improve whole experience though. Some furnitures to hang stuffs are not correctly mounted, so things fall off easily, such as toilet paper, towel hanger. The amount of plates and cuttleries definately can be added. No tray for the oven. You need to push hard the fridge door when closing it, otherwise it will beep.
• Paul (9/5): Wonderful Balconies Breezes - This is a two story condo on the penthouse level. It is only accessible by elevator and entering a key in the elevator .. the elevator goes to the 4th floor which is the two bedrooms and bathroom with balconies and the fifth floor which is the living room, Kitchen, half bath. The top floor has large balconies on both sides which creates a lovely cross breeze. We enjoyed having the elevator open up inside the unit on both floors. The WiFi was excellent . The fact that we had to use a key to access the unit by elevator was not given to us in the instructions. However, we called the property manager who was able to find out this information for us. Within the unit, there is an extremely narrow spiral staircase to go between the two floors. This was a bit challenging especially while carrying something. The kitchen sink did not drain well. If you have a car, finding a place to park is a huge challenge. That being said, we had a great time and enjoyed our stay.
