• Laura (6/5): - Convenient location, 10/15mins on Gojek to get you anywhere. Lovely staff, always very helpful Our WiFi didn’t work from the day we came, and was never fixed for our entire stay. The staff did connect us to other rooms, but because we were further from them, it wasn’t great. The bed isn’t very comfortable

• Yusuf (5/5): - The hotel staff did their best to help. The room was not hygienic. The air conditioner, especially during the daytime, was not cooling enough. The bathroom was also not hygienic. The faucets were covered with limescale. There were ants everywhere and spider webs on the walls.

• Poema (8/5): - La gentillesse du personnel Malheureusement le tas de poubelles à l’entrée de l’établissement c’est vraiment pas top quand on arrive , les toilettes extérieures aussi étaient sales. C’est important de le faire remarquer si vous voulez améliorer la qualité de votre établissement car autrement le personnel est très gentil et au petit soin. Et les chambres étaient impeccables!

• EdzusV (7/5): A place with good potential - Amazing staff, very polite and doing their best to accommodate guest requests at any cost. A new space, clean pool, nice area for sunbathing. Good quality meals, wide variety of different meals available. Very quiet area, nice to sleep. The water pressure in the shower was terrible. The water drainage was terrible. Despite space being brand new, it is already well used and requires cosmetic repair. A bit let down for the money.

• Анастасия (10/5): - Уютное место, чувствуешь себя приятно в этом маленьком домике с высоким потолком, ощущается как много пространства. Персонал очень милый и добрый и всегда приветливый. Постельное белье чистое и приятное. Ежедневные завтраки в номер действительно избавили от мыслей в выборе места для завтрака. Так же можно заказать еду в номер на обед и ужин,что так же очень удобно. Находиться чуть дальше от центрального чангу, но это спокойно, хотя иногда требуется больше времени на дорогу, но не критично. Мне не хватило зеркала в полный рост, но это не самая большая проблема. Диван немного устал, я бы сделал химчистку.Так же касается декоративных подушек.

• Patrik (4/5): I stayed there for two nights - I really enjoyed the fantastic outdoor pool, the fast Wi-Fi, the incredibly nice staff, and the excellent food, whether it was the breakfast or the room service. I was disappointed with the room itself, which looked quite neglected compared to the luxurious photos – the furnishings were chipped and scratched, the sheets and the couch were dirty, and there was limescale everywhere in the bathroom.

• Sara (7/5): Buena - La cama era muy cómoda. Las instalaciones genial y el personal muy bueno. Había un olor a humo constante en el baño, que venía de la zona de detrás de las habitaciones, era insoportable. Quizás no dependa del hotel, pero le resta mucho.
• Florian (10/5): I would re-book the hotel for another stay! - I gave a 10 for the most delicious breakfast I ate in Bali! You also have several options from which you can choose. i also liked the friendly staff and the cleanliness of the services. We were also provided a scooter and airport transportation. The pool was clean and amazing and the rooms were confortable, even with the bath outside, we didn’t meet gekos. Hotel is at 15 min on scooter or car from Canggu center. Room is as good as in the photos. Maybe a renovation to some parts of the room such a door to outside bathroom, the shower (a bit with limescale on it), and the outside table for the breakfast(maybe a bigger one). Also, the staff started to clean outside at 7 in the morning, so maybe a later cleaning of the garden would be recommended because people are sleeping at that hour in the morning and a bit of noise is heard.

Le personnel a bien pris le temps de s’assurer que la chambre nous convienne avant de nous faire payer. Le petit déjeuner très bon et la chambre était parfaite, il y a même une TV avec toutes les plateformes de streaming à disposition, ce petit détail a rendu notre séjour encore plus incroyable et finalement, Widya a été très gentille avec nous et a facilité notre séjour. Le personnel est très derrière vous, quand nous sommes partis triple Check de la chambre (on se sent un peu mal comme ci nous étions des voleurs ou je ne sais quoi) Elle est revenue 3 fois pour qu’on paie elle ne nous laisse même pas nous réveiller je trouve ça moyen. Il est mentionné que c’est un Resort je ne me suis pas sentis comme dans un resort ce n’en est pas un
