• Nital (1/5): Bad bad bad, cancel booking and search for other options - There was nothing good about the property I didn’t like the property The beds are super uncomfortable. Don’t get fooled by photos showing milk which is something basic and water was not provided. Definite no for family all junkies are waiting at downstairs for you and your family. One night they were having junk parties right outside and shouting and yellling, even though we were on seventh floor we didn’t felt safe I will surely not recommend and stay away Also the check in staff arrived one hour late, kept messaging and changed time. There is this policy if you check in early or after hours, you need to pay. But if you check in at right time then you should respect and not make people wait in sun. Asked storage options, no storage option was given and ask for suggestion and reply was sorry. There is bounce storage option right downstairs, atleast help if you can’t allow to store. Also 1 toilet roll for 2 days, please carry some with you. No mirrors in the house so get ready in bathroom. It is clearly studio converted with even no proper bed. It is foldable bed with no support for back. The kids bed was like sleeping on stone.

• SzuChin (7/5): - 地理位置很好，位於市中心但是在一個安靜的小區，走幾分鐘就可到達米蘭大教堂 房間採光很棒（可惜窗戶沒有窗簾，只能全暗或全亮） 入住前有提出要中午12點early check in，但最後等到下午三點多房間才清潔完畢，雖然後來也沒有收我提早入住的費用就是了 另外浴室沒什麼可以掛衣服、毛巾的地方，可能是歐洲的那種烘衣架用不太習慣，不太方便同時掛好幾件衣物

• Antony (10/5): Exceptional - This apartment is in the perfect location for exploring the centre of Milano on foot and is just a few minutes walk from the nearest Metro station. Really comfortable, clean, quiet and secure... and only 5 minutes walk from the Duomo!
