Die Aussicht und die Größe der Wohnung sind für den Preis ebenso top, genau so wie die Ausstattung. Lage ist ohne Auto nicht optimal, da ziemlich hoch gelegen. Ebenso 5. Etage ohne Aufzug. Das Schlafzimmer hat keine Klimaanlage, wodurch im Sommer kaum dort geschlafen werden kann.
