• Jodok (10/5): Charming apartment in Eixample - A just wonderful apartment. I enjoyed every moment. It's not the typical apartmet you usually get when travelling cities. This apartment has individual charme.

• MARIA (9/5): Pleasant , comfy , cozy & clean , convenient place - The location , the coziness, the decoration and the balcony . The building itself and the neighborhood. It is really close to the metro and even by 20-35’ walk, you are reaching many beautiful & central neighborhoods and main roads. It is not that I didn’t like something but more missing & would prefer to have them. The access to the apartment was via link . I would really prefer to have also keys in case of emergency or lack of battery/signal. Also a quick note , we would like to have some slippers and a welcome tea/coffee/sugar and water just for the first check in the house . Small things but quite essential when you are traveling. The comments about noise , I now understand them . but during our accommodation we didn’t have extra loud surprises . mainly the street is vibrant but also peaceful. And for sure , this is not a reason to reject the place The neighborhood is very friendly and way far convenient .
• Paula (7/5): Charming Apartment, Very Poor Sound Insulation - The apartment itself is spacious, very functional, nicely decorated and well laid out. Unfortunately, sleeping here is almost impossible. The street is extremely noisy, especially early in the morning — either due to loud, drunk or shouting people around sunrise, or from trucks, leaf-blowing machines, and other street maintenance starting quite early. The bed itself was comfortable, but I did find hair under the fitted sheet, which was disappointing. Additionally, the smoke extractor clearly needs maintenance. If you’re a light sleeper or hoping for restful mornings, this is something to seriously consider. It’s truly a shame that the noise situation is such an issue, because the apartment itself is quite lovely and has a lot of potential. With better sound insulation — for example, installing thermo panel (double- or triple-glazed) windows — the experience could be significantly improved.
• Jean-Sebastien (5/5): - Le check in a ete horrible, 1h30 au telephone sous la pluie avec le service clients pour pouvoir qu'il m'ouvrent a distance. Le systeme electronique des portes ne fonctionnent juste pas, et je suis techy geeky. Apres avoir ete embarré a l'exterieur plusieurs fois sur 2 jours ont ma suggeré des clés normales, enfin!
• Jennifer (9/5): Lovely Stay - The apartment was well-designed and very comfortable. Many restaurants/bars and shops in immediate vicinity. And the hosts responded immediately to any issues. They have done a great job. The noise. While we loved the place, the constant noise outside (revelers and a very steady schedule of garbage/recycling vehicles around 3 am) made sleeping difficult. Certainly nothing within the hosts’ purview.
• Emilie (10/5): - Es war alles perfekt. Sauber, schön, zentral und praktisch für mehrere Tage in Barcelona. Einfachs Check-in System, das Haus besitzt einen Lift (praktisch für Anreise mit Gepäck), Aircondition für warme Sommertage und auch kalte Winternächte. Es gibt an diesem Appartment nichts auszusetzten.

• Jay (5/5): Barely adequate. - Located close to metro. Great water pressure. Dishes were dirty and had to be washed before use. Cupboards stank of something, dog food maybe. Washing machine didn’t work and no one answered my request for assistance. Doors are opened with an app that is very slow to respond.

• Patrizio (1/5): Pessimi ! Non prenotate qui - Potenzialmente non è male ma la gestione e la pulizia sono pessimi . Mi hanno avvisato solo il giorno prima di arrivare che il condizionatore non funzionava e mi hanno proposto uno portatile che naturalmente non era sufficiente. Mi hanno proposto uno sconto del 25% che non mi è mai arrivato . Sono pessimi e mai più ci tornerò Tutto compresa la cattiva gestione e la sporcizia

• Sadikova (1/5): Bad - —- The building facade was under full renovation, and it was impossible to open the windows. The internal ventilation system didn’t work, and the apartment was unbearably stuffy. Cleaning was poor, and the mattresses were in bad condition — my son got bitten while sleeping on them. It was a short trip for a birthday celebration, but the stay completely ruined our experience.
