• Nicolas (10/5): Logement très agréable avec une super localisation - Logement très agréable, fonctionnel, bien équipé et surtout extrêmement bien situé pour rayonner dans le centre de Londres. Le fait d'avoir une cuisine équipé permet de faire des repas après une journée de visite. J'avais lu dans les commentaires que le logement pouvait être bruyant. Ce fut le cas (proximité de 2 axes routiers importants et restaurants tout autour). C'est vraiment son principal défaut. Nous avons dormi avec des boules quiès toutes les nuits. Autre défaut : Pas d'accueil physique et une procédure d'activation du digicode pas super fluide (l'envoi d'une video de démonstration serait un plus). Le prix reste très élevé pour un logement, certes très agréable et bien situé, mais bruyant et sans prestations hôtelières (pas de petit déjeuner, pas d'accueil physique).
• Joanne (10/5): Excellent apartment, excellent location - The apartment is excellently located, so easy to get to from Kings Cross Station or to attractions. It is situated nearby local and diverse eateries of good quality. The apartment is exceptionally clean and is comfortable. The bed is comfortable and we slept well. Tea, coffee and milk provided is a lovely addition and toiletries/towels provided much appreciated to save on packing. The apartment has good sound proofing to outside noise. It feels secure and the area feels safe. Would definitely book this apartment again. Thank you very much. Very small points relating to our individual preferences. The apartment is warm, a bit too warm for our liking but can see how this would please other people. We appreciated the living room window opening to let in the air. Would have liked the other windows to open, which they may do but did not find this easy. A corkscrew/bottle opener would be a welcome addition in the kitchen 😉 P.S. the stairs kept us fit 😆

• Juan Luis (9/5): Todo genial salvo la hora del check out - El apartamento genial en cuanto a decoración, limpieza, servicios, mobiliaro, ubicación… El check out tan temprano (10:00h) ha sido muy problemático para nuestra organización el último día, mandamos mensaje solicitando una hora más y fueron absolutamente inflexibles, poca empatía en este sentido con el cliente, al menos una opción de custodia de maletas

• Fergus (8/5): Great location and comfortable but it was not a brand new flat. - Great location. Bed confortable and clean. Lovely to have some tea bags. The coffee machine didn;t work on me but it could be a user error. Bathroom was not brand new standard as the title suggests. Needs more proper cleaning. The plug for the bath tab isn't working to have a bath.

• Brendan (8/5): Handy flat in central London - Handy flat for our group of 3 in central London. Check in was straightforward where the hosts sent the door codes. The flat is located on the third floor up a fairly narrow staircase. We had very little luggage so not a problem. We stayed on one of the hottest days in the summer so the rooms were very warm. There is a fan unit in the living room where the sofa bed is located. The bedroom did not have a fan. All windows opened and so a through breeze was used to keep cool at night if somewhat noisy. Ideally the flat would have a air conditioning unit. The flat was nice and clean. Food including bread had been left in kitchen cupboards by a previous guest and not spotted by the cleaners. Lack of air conditioning or at least a fan in the bedroom is recommended.
• Haoyan (8/5): Excellent location - Excellent location. Just a few minutes away from the British Museum.Very convenient for transport and restaurants. The narrow multi-story staircase with turns makes it very inconvenient and somewhat unsafe to carry large luggage up and down. The bathroom door handle is broken, and the door stopper doesn't work well, so the door always closes automatically.

• Colomba (9/5): Parfait ! - L appartement est vraiment top ! Très bien équipé (frigo, micro ondes, four et machine à laver), la chambre est spacieuse et le lit confortable et le salon avec le canapé lit a une porte qui ferme ce qui permet de faire vraiment 2 espaces nuit quand on est 4. Le Check in est très simple : toutes les informations sont envoyées par mail le matin de l’arrivée. Au delà de tout, l’emplacement est absolument idéal. Il faudrait réparer le tuyau de douche qui fuit et il faut bien allumer les radiateurs en arrivant (comme c’est précisé dans l’e-mail d’accueil) car le logement est humide.

Price is reasonable for central London. Property was great. It’s on the third floor with steep and narrow stairs. That wasn’t a problem for us but some people might struggle.

• Claudia K (9/5): Great location, nicely renovated and clean apartment. - This is a great location if you're looking to explore central London. Easy access to the underground and buses. The apartment has been recently renovated so it's modern and clean. There were nice touches, including hotel-sized shower gel, shampoo, and a few essential coffee pods, milk and tea. There were 4 of us, so two of us slept in the main bedroom and two on the sleeper couch. No complaints on either. For us 4 to explore the London Christmas lights and markets for a weekend, it was perfect. Being that it's so central and on a busy road (the extension of Oxford Street), you can hear the louder 'street noises' in the early hours. There was also the mystery of finding the kitchen light switch which we discovered was behind the fridge. :) The staircase to our apartment 3rd floor apartment was quite narrow. Luckily we didn't have big bags but it would be struggle to get heavy suitcases up them.

• Monika (10/5): Comfortable place, brilliant location - What I liked about the location was that it was absolutely excellent. There were pubs just downstairs, and the nearest shop was only about three to five minutes away. The British Museum was right around the corner, so the location was honestly brilliant. As for the flat, it was really spacious. There were four of us staying there, and it was just the right size. We had a small table where we could all sit and relax in the afternoon after a long day of walking and sightseeing. Overall, I’d recommend it. Honestly, everything was fine. Before my stay, I read the reviews and noticed that most ratings were really high across all categories, except for the Wi-Fi. So I was a bit skeptical about that. To be fair, I didn’t really see any issue. Maybe if you’re planning to stay in the apartment all day downloading movies or doing heavy streaming, the Wi-Fi might not be perfect. But for us, it worked just fine. We could watch Netflix, check emails and messages without any problems. Overall, there were really no downsides to the property.
• RACHEL (9/5): Great stay in central location, would recommend - Centrally located for the theatres. Good access instructions. Great facilities. Great shower. Nicely decorated. Very clean. Quite noisy from the street below, but I guess you are in a very busy area. Lots of very steep steps, but were aware of these from previous reviews. Door handle loose in the bathroom, so didn’t want to close the door fully in case it came off.

• François (8/5): Apparemment bien placé pour sillonner Londres à pied - Situation exceptionnelle au cœur du centre de Londres, permettant de sillonner la ville à pied en traversant de jolis quartiers. À proximité des restaurants et des supermarchés également. Appartement agréable et bien agencé. Nous avons apprécié. Apparemment très bruyant,des bruits de pas des voisins aux bruits de la rue et des chantiers à l'arrière de l'appartement. Mal insonorisé. Nous entendons les voix et les bruits de sirène la nuit Entretien qui manque de rigueur : pomme de douche qui fuit beaucoup, fermeture des fenêtres, serrures etc...

Apartment was on 3rd floor with stairs a little narrow & steep. Whilst not a problem for us might have been awkward for some. That said we had an excellent short stay.

• Sultana (9/5): Lovely cosy apartment in great location for theatre goers! - Lovely apartment in prime location for theatre goers. Had plenty of towels and essentials for our short stay. Particularly liked that an iron was available to use. Not many places provide an iron. The apartment was fine, just the bathroom door handle needs fixing. Only other minor issue I would say is that we were unable to use the Netflix even though we were given the username and password, it required an email to login. Our own emails weren’t accessible.

• Renier (8/5): Lovely place, centrally located. - The place is well located in London and was really nicely furnished. The sleeper couch was made up for our daughter already when we arrived. The check in was not great. We requested an early check in (which we were told was a possibility) because we had a very early flight, which in the end was not possible. When we arrived at the check in time the place was still being cleaned and we were told to wait another 15 minutes. When we can back about 25 minutes later the place was still not completely done, but we were told we could go in.

• Janice (9/5): We had a great trip, thanks - Comfortable and very clean. Great touch to have shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and toothbrush and toothpaste kit, made it much easier to travel light. Well organised with information for check in etc. great central location for theatre and tourism. I found the location noisy, I am not used to sleeping in a flat in a city, I was with kids and they actually weren’t bothered. Perfect for us, but steep steps and surrounding noise might be an issue for some. Also has a coffee pod machine which is great, but a few tea bags would be good!

Comfortable apartment with good facilities for a couple of days. The flat is up 3 very steep flights of stairs, not a big problem but worth being aware of.

• Lili (10/5): A good choice! - The location of the apartment is excellent, in the middle of everything. It is very quiet inside and extremely clean. The TV is very good and you can even get a code for Netflix. The bathroom exceeds your expectations with all you need inside, from tooth brushes to hair conditioner. It's beautiful and comfortable, as warm as you like. You have some coffee capsules and even disposable slippers. The duvets are excellent, soft, thick and warm. The flat is on the third floor and you have to use spiral stairs, which is not very easy for some people. The sofa in the living room was too hard for my back, but this depends on everybody.
• April (10/5): Perfect apartment , beautifully decorated and immaculately clean in excellent location to explore London. - Beautiful accommodation and immaculately clean in excellent location to visit London . Could not have asked for more . Nothing not to like, it was lovely. A teabag or two and some complimentary sugar sachets wound have made it perfect but coffee machine was available . Owners were very patient when we struggled to get in simply due to a technical glitch when forwarding instructions. They sorted us out promptly and were very understanding.

Some nice slippers as an extra touch. I loved that you get little toiletries in the bathroom and the towels were displayed nicely on arrival. The apartment is beautifully clean. The sofa bed is lovely and spacious so it was perfect for the children. The shower and water pressure are perfect! The kitchen has everything you need to cook with a nice fridge freezer. The temperature of the apartment was nice. The apartment wasn’t overly noisy for its location as it’s in a busy part so that was great.nice mirror to get ready, ironing board available! Good sockets around the bed with usb and plug! Fab! I loved the place, it was great for what we needed. Minor things that did not really affect our stay much but would be nice with/without: I was constantly tripping on the rugs that slip and slide everywhere and there was nothing to make a cup of tea when you arrive which you get in most places , there is a lovely coffee machine but we couldn’t get it to work as just kept showing a red mug so I assume it was broken and there is no milk/uht anyway so you need to go shopping pre arrival. I’m accustomed to having uht and a few teabags just to give u a drink when you arrive then it’s up to you ofc. The door handle on the inside of the bathroom comes loose so we had to tighten the screws. I wasn’t keen on the large cameras watching you come and go from the apartment as I like some privacy. We tried to get the Netflix to work but that was a no go.
• Elle (8/5): Very good - Great location especially for visiting the British Museum (5-min walk). Subway is close by (less than 10-min walk). Check-in instructions are clear & easy to follow. Apartment is very clean & spacious with a separate living room and kitchen. Need to climb 4 flights of narrow stairs to the apartment and NO elevator. We didn’t know this before hand and had a hard time carrying two heavy suitcases up and down the stairs.
