• Merve (10/5): Muhteşem - Tertemizdi ,ev sahibi çok yardımcı oldu. Evin merkeze konumu harika çok yakın ve sakindi. Çok memnun kaldık. Sadece en üst kal olması yorucuydu. Birde evin içindeki merdiven çok dik çocuklu aileler zorlanabilir onun dışında harikaydı
• Annika (8/5): Bra lägenhet och kan bli ännu bättre om de åtgärder görs enligt min återkoppling - Bra sängar, rent och fräscht i lägenheten. Bra läge, centralt i Bryssel. Las escaleras para subir a las habitaciones están muy empinadas y los escalones son estrechos. Hay que bajar con mucho cuidado, más si vas cargado con las maletas

• Sara (10/5): - Grande appartamento con due camere due bagni completi nelle camere ed un bagnetto vicino la cucina. Posizione tranquilla. Pulito Niente. Solo da sapere che è al secondo piano senza ascensore e le camere sono al piano di sopra con una scaletta ripida
• Roxana (10/5): Foarte multumita! Recomand - Un apartament foarte spațios, curat, cu multe facilități si la cateva minute de obiective turistice, cafenele, restaurante sau magazine. Comunicarea cu proprietarul a fost foarte buna, iar modalitatea de checkin facila. Recomand cu toată încrederea, șederea fiind una mai mult decât placuta. Nu am nimic de reproșat nici la adresa proprietarului nici la ceea ce oferă apartamentul.

Very difficult with children/babies. Carrying up pushchairs/luggage can be difficult. Steep stairs inside the apartment to the bedrooms upstairs, once again difficult with babies, carrying up and down.

• Jose Felix (7/5): - La ubicación y el apartamento en sí. Ventanas de la parte de arriba no cierran. Es un segundo piso y no hay ascensor. Poco utensilios de cocina, solo 3 vasos. El lavavajillas no funcionaba correctamente. Poca iluminación en las habitaciones. Poca presión en el agua de la ducha.

• NATALIA (8/5): - Very modern and quite spacious apartment. Great location. 2 flights of stairs to reach the apartment (no elevator) and one steep inside to reach the bedrooms. Two people had to share one key.
• giuseppe (10/5): Sono stati tre giorni molto belli, abbiamo rivalutato la città di Bruxelles, bella e accogliente. Da visitare!! - Appartamento molto bello, ampi spazi, pulito e arredato con gusto. Al piano di sopra 2 camere entrambe con bagno spazioso. Una delle camere ha una vetrata molto particolare che si affaccia sul terrazzo. Posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro a piedi e vicino alla metro. Host molto disponibile con w.app. Niente

• Georgina (7/5): - The apartment was clean, spacious and modern. It was a short walk from the centre, approx 7 mins walk. The Internet was very slow which needs to be updated for the money you pay. There is no iron so remember to bring a travel iron or iron your clothes beforehand.

Esta muy céntrico , a pocos minutos de cualquier sitio que visitar en el centro. Camas muy cómodas . Dos baños completos y servicio en planta baja. La verdad q estuvimos super bien. Muchísimas gracias a Tibau, que nos facilitó muchísimo la estancia. Nada

• Helen (6/5): Spacious and good location, but some basics missing and no replies from host - The location was great, and the property was spacious. So it should have been our perfect stop. There were lots of light bulbs not working, including in the upstairs toilet which has no window so is pitch black. There were no smaller lamps to use instead. The dishwasher also did not work (I notice it has been removed from the listing since we booked). The property is up 2 flights of stairs which is fine, but the stairs inside the flat are very very steep, wooden with narrow treads and I could not carry the case up. This should have been included in the write up. I see that all of these things have been advised to the host in the last few weeks since we booked. We messaged the host the day before on WhatsApp as they requested but did not get a reply to that or any of our messages on booking.com. The messages were all unread.
• Cain (10/5): Fantastic apartment in great location. - Great location, clean and modern. Nothing disliked. Stairs to bedroom steep, not suitable if mobility issues.
• Yaiza (10/5): Perfecto para tu estancia en Bruselas - Todo perfecto. Muy cerca de la estación central, supermercado y puntos de interés de la ciudad. Por poner alguna pega, algunas de las habitaciones tenían poca luz.

• Catherine (8/5): - We loved the apartment and location. It's near everything and super clean. Great neighborhood. Quiet and management was responsive to our questions. Unfortunately, it was a little hot, and they only had one fan. So we opened the windows, but without screens, a bunch of mosquitoes got in and bit us terribly. I'd recommend having bug repellent on hand for future guests. Otherwise, it was great.
• Karyn (10/5): - Great location and very responsive host. Luxurious bathrooms and comfortable beds, including the sofa bed. Not told that washing machine was under repair until after we arrived and queried why there was not one as advertised. Also there was no toaster however, that could be a European thing.

• Razvan (10/5): Excellent location, great host and beautifully furnished and decorated apartment! - Easy access by code (received through message). Very spacious apartment, quality products used. Host is very prompt. Very close to all main attractions. Easy parking nearby. Plumbing needs a bit of maintenance (easy to fix). Hot water in the tank is not sufficient to have a bath, but it lasts long enough for showers.
• Susan (7/5): Good - Very large remodeled or new apartment with nice furnishings. 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths! Close to shopping and restaurants and maybe 15 minutes walk to central station. Great for families or group of friends. This apt. appeared new or remodeled but some small issues need to be addressed. Toilet water continues to run after flushing, shower head in 1 bathroom sprayed in different directions. Biggest issue was the staircase. The last step turns left (why?) and in dim light, one can trip over it thinking the last step is straight forward.
• Gwen (8/5): Modern, large and comfortable - hotel standard - The aptmt is spacious, modern and comfortable - very minimalist. . It’s on a quiet square but close to shops and within walking distance of the historic centre. The towels, bed linen and shower products are gorgeous. The beds are big and comfy. The bath and shower are really good. We didn’t mind having to walk up two flights of stairs but is something to be aware of when booking. We really disliked the interior stairs to the bedrooms which are steep with narrow steps. The toliets did not flush well; we advised the owner who said someone would come to fix them but nothing was done.

• Thelma (10/5): Exceptional - The property was exactly as it displayed in the photos. Easy check in, due to the clarity of the instructions with photos. Spotlessly clean and its location could not have been better. Tibau was very easy to deal with and extremely helpful. A thoroughly enjoyable stay and should we return to Brussels we’ll definitely stay in this apartment again. Nothing to dislike here!

• Brian (10/5): Fabulous apartment in historic building; quiet location close to the centre, museums, shops etc - Apartment is very spacious in a beautiful quiet square. Spotlessly clean. Top quality linen and towels. Perfect location - walking distance to all the main sights, shopping and train station. Carrefour supermarket nearby. No complaints. Everything was as described or better.

• Alla (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is fantastic. It is large, newly renovated and located right in the center. Perfect location! There is almost everything you need. The host responded to my messages immediately. There is no ventilation in the toilets and we lacked some hooks for large wet towels. There was no wine bottle opener..
