Michaela (1/5): - Gar nichts Alles, kein warmes Wasser Fenster sind nicht abgedeckt, sehr laut und sehr dreckig Küche konnte man nicht benutzen. Angeblich sollte alles sauber gemacht werden. Warm Wasser wird abgestellt weil die Monteure die Heizung an haben.

Stephanie (1/5): Inadmissible - L'établissement est sale, en mauvais état et sans système de sécurité d'accès. Les chambres ressemblent à des cellules sans confort. Les pièces collectives sont sales et occupées, tant les cuisines que les salles de bain. Impossible de s'y sentir en sécurité en tant que femme non accompagnée. Tout. Nous avons demandé l'annulation de notre réservation et avons dû chercher au dernier moment un nouveau point de chute. Booking gère les réservations mais se défait aussitôt des problèmes quand il faut annuler et nous renvoie vers l'établissement avec qui nous n'avons eu aucun contact. Procédé honteux et abusif. Nous réservons via booking, qui doit se porter garant des établissements qu'il référence. Sinon aucun intérêt à passer par cette plateforme. Très mécontentes, de la prestation, du prix et du suivi de notre réclamation.
