• Robyn (8/5): A peaceful stay in a great location. - A terrific location near everything you could possibly want in St Kilda and St Kilda West, including great proximity to the tramline which connects you to everywhere else. It is a real hideaway, which has its own charms, and is lovingly furnished, but the lack of natural daylight and no through air flow made it challenging for me.

• Carol (10/5): Fabulous bolthole, brilliantly located - Lovely little apartment in great location, quiet street but next to buzzing Fitzroy St. Handy for trams, beach. This little place has been curated with great care, lovely quirky touches put together with taste. Comfy sofa, comfy bed. Recommend if you're not bothered about an outside space and in fairness its so close to the beach you don't need one necessarily. And the micellar water and pads in the bathroom was an inspired offering, much appreciated! A little dark, but on the plus side it kept the place cool.

• Bobbie (10/5): Stylish, Comfortable, and Conveniently located Beach Stay. I look forward to returning! - I had a fantastic experience staying at the Luxury Mansion Loft by the Beach. The loft was exactly as pictured sleek, stylish, and inviting. The interior design creates a very homely and comfortable atmosphere, making it feel like a true home away from home. The fireplace was a standout feature, it heats up the space quickly and adds a cozy touch to the stay. The overall design is visually stunning, with modern touches and cool aesthetics that made the experience even more special. All amenities were thoughtfully provided, which made traveling much easier and more convenient. Communication with the booking website manager was seamless easy, quick, and very helpful. We received detailed messages about check-in, check-out, heater, parking, WiFi, TV, and more with helpful pictures that made the process straightforward. The location is perfect, just one minute from Chemist Warehouse super convenient for any needs. The only minor issue I had was not checking my messages from the booking.com app initially. Once I did, I saw there was a parking pass provided for the area. Everything I needed was available, and once I understood the processes.

A block from the beach/ pier. Restaurants and supermarket just there as well. Beautifuly decorated apartment with a lot of space, comfortable sofas and bed - a true home away from home. • Bronwyn (10/5): Beautiful stay - Location was perfect. Everything needed was on hand, and details were thought of. Easy to use TV, and all was explained. Comfy couch and bed. Offered to check in early (didn't need to but could have been really useful). Good communication. Very clean. Extra items in kitchen and bathroom for use. No shelf in the shower for toilettries - for me with a terribly sore back, leaning down constantly was really uncomfortable. Would be great if an option could be found to get items off the floor and for guest's items too. All four pillows were the same (soft) - I feel variety would be good to allow personal preference as they really weren't comfy for me, but then I do have a bad back, so maybe just me.
