• Daiia (5/5): - La casa es muy grande, espaciosa y cómoda.. las camas súper cómodas también La ubicación del lugar no nos hizo sentir seguras, yo estoy viajando con una amiga y cuando el drive nos dejó en la dirección nos recomendó tener cuidado porque era una zona alejada donde se veía pocos turistas.

• Salah eddine (1/5): - Appartement situé dans un immeuble quartier populaire ,Trop de bruit, dans les autres étages plusieurs fêtards ça continue jusqu'à 3h du matin, et le matin réveillé à 7h du mat par une dispute d'un couple de voisin plus les cries de bébé.

• Iván (10/5): Estancia tranquilota en fes - Nos encantó el sitio realmente, super cómodo. Tanto mi compañero como yo estuvimos muy a gusto, seguramente volvamos a repetir. El baño es increíble y tiene una terraza muy agradable, está cerca de la medina. Pues podría decir que lo que menos me gustó fue los alrededores, tienes que tomar un taxi (y te deja en menos de 5-10 minutos en la medina). Aún así tienes al lado el CTM, carrefou...

Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und geräumig, das Bett war bequem, und ich habe mich insgesamt angenehm in der Wohnung gefühlt. Die Umgebung war auch passend, mit Supermärkten und Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett. Außerdem gibt es draußen eine Terrasse

Great location, clean space, and good overall value. More hooks or places to hang clothes would be helpful, especially in the bathroom and near the entrance.
• Fouad (1/5): Castatrophique - Rien Zéro fenêtre on étouffe il y fait très très chaud du jamais vu , la clim est seulement dans la chambre mais malgré cette clim il y fait très chaud appartement Sale, sale de bain sale , cuisine juste en apparence sinon pas fonctionnel. Et le bruit des voisins qui hurlent jusqu’à 5h du matin autant vous dire qu’on a passé une nuit branche . Vraiment a fuir vous allez étouffer .

Sur le site il est stipulé deux salles de bain c est a rectifier. Trop bruyant la nuit a cause des voisins qui occupent l appartement contigu a la chambre où il y a un grand lit j ai du aller dormir dans le salon.manque d hygiène dans la cuisine au niveau des placards

• Jjc (8/5): Aangenaam, vrij, en spacious! - De sleutels lagen klaar in een masterbox, uitleg perfect. Geeft een groot gevoel van vrijheid. Natuurlijk wordt het gebouw bewaakt, maar van een afstand. De badkamer was een aangename luxueuze verrassing. En verder waren er niet zo heel veel dingen kapot of niet goed afgewerkt. Prima, doet bijna europees aan qua standaard. Tv is ook prima. Kom hier zeker weer terug. Alleen de master bedroom heeft airco, de vele andere kamers niet. Er is wel een elektrische waaier aanwezig. Om in het appartement in te komen moeten er wel 10 traptreden genomen worden, voor rolstoel gebruikers niet geschikt. Ondanks dat het geheel zich op de begane grond bevond, geen lift aanwezig.

• Michael (2/5): Dirty - The bathroom was disgusting, I have stayed many places and have never experienced such a dirty bathroom. It was not maintained well at all, the grout was dirty, the shelves were falling off the wall, the tub was brown and the light made cracking noises. It looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a month and smelled so awful. If they can’t clean that properly it makes you wonder what else isn’t clean. They only left 1/2 of a roll of toilet paper for 2 nights so we ran out. The place was spacious and the area was fine (although far from the old town) it would have been fine if it had been clean.
• Elliotb92 (5/5): Okay for a short stay if you plan on being outside a lot. - It's very cheap and gets the job done for a night or two. The location for me wasn't the best. Most of the sights in fes are in the old town. This is in the new town and there is nothing to see nearby. The bathroom needs a good clean. The house is very basic. No towels or toiletries. There are no plugs by the bed for your phone etc. No bedside lights either. You can hear the neighbours through the walls and the area outside was pretty noisy at night.

Adnan even asked me for feedback and suggestions before we left. The bathtub needs a proper clean, and that's what I told Adnan before I left. He said he would take care of it. I trust that he will.
