• Vladimir (1/5): - - Я забронировал апартаменты за 3-4 недели до даты заезда. Владелец выслал мне информацию по заезду. Я прилетел в Кейптаун, взял авто и проехал в тот день около 400 километров до мыса игольного. Когда я приехал в свои апарты, то увидел, что мне владелец час назад написал внутри букинга , что произошла «какая то ошибка» и он не может меня принять. Я прошел внутрь своих апартаментов (была открыта дверь), там действительно лежали чужие вещи и там кто то жил. Но людей не было. Денег на новый отель на карте в моменте у меня не было. Садился телефон, кончился бензин и не было рендов. Был вечер воскресения и ни чего не работало уже. Я вообще не знал, что делать. Букинг не отвечал и владелец вышел на связь только спустя несколько часов, когда почти село солнце. Владелец апартаментов отдал предпочтение другому бронированию на больший срок, сделанному через air bnb. Меня заранее ни о чем не уведомив. Отменять бронирование он не собирался. Когда я сказал, что сейчас выкину все эти вещи из апартаментов и заселюсь сам, он забронировал для меня рандомные апартаменты своих соседей без возможности выбора . Считаю , что такие люди не должны предоставлять подобный сервис. Крайне не рекомендую связываться с данным объектом размещения. Это просто ужасно отвратительно

• Sunelle (6/5): Couple break-away - On the positive side, the location is quiet, and the space was clean. This apartment is located above the garage level of the main house. While 70 square meters sounds spacious, the layout doesn’t make the most of the space. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed, but there's no room for bedside tables or even to comfortably walk around the bed. On our first evening, we noticed the bedding was stained. Nicole was responsive and arranged for the cleaners to replace it, but unfortunately, the replacement bedding was also stained, which was disappointing. The bathroom has only a small towel hook, which isn't practical in humid conditions as towels don't dry properly. Additionally, the toilet lacks a toilet paper holder, which made for an inconvenient experience. Doing the dishes was another challenge due to the absence of warm water at the kitchen sink. Privacy was also a concern. The bathroom is separate from the main bedroom, and moving between the two was uncomfortable because other occupants from the main house had access to a balcony that overlooks the kitchen area and, by extension, the path to the bedroom. We had ongoing issues with the Wi-Fi, which was unreliable throughout our stay. Given the price, we expected a better standard of accommodation and more attention to detail.
