• Samuel (7/5): Buena ubicación y precio - Muy buena ubicación, barro entretenido y bien conectado. A pasos de una estación de metro y tiendas de conveniencia. El lugar es amplio, las camas cómodas. El baño tenía muy mal olor, como a desagüe y era permanente, imposible de ventilar. Las amenities podrían mejorar, el baño no tiene acondicionador, tampoco había pasta de dientes. El baño no tenía basurero, ni colgador de toallas. El wifi no funcionaba muy bien. Debo decir que personal encargado respondió inmediatamente e intentó solucionarlo rápidamente, pero luego si bien funcionaba tampoco era muy rápido.

• a (10/5): - とにかく立地が良かったです。 コンビニも近く、大阪駅から歩いて15分ほどです。道も平らなので移動が楽です。 オーナーさんがとても親切で、困った時に連絡をした際の返事もとても早く、素敵な滞在をさせていただきました。 また、ソファやベッドのほかに4人がけのテーブルもあり滞在型にとても向いていると思います。 とても広々とした部屋で、大きな荷物を4人が広げても問題ないです。空間が明るい感じがしたのも個人的にはとても良かったです。 素敵なサポートをありがとうございました😊 確認不足だったのですが、トイレ、洗面所、シャワールームは1つの部屋のようになっています。そのため複数人での滞在時には若干注意が必要です。 4階まではエレベーターがありますが、4階から5階の移動は階段です。距離は短く幅も問題ないですが、不安な方は注意が必要だと思います。

• Alejandra (5/5): departamento muy bien ubicado - muy buena ubicación con excelentes conexiones, la vista del balcón con un maravilloso paisaje urbano japonés y el anfitrión siempre dispuesto ayudar. el baño tenia un olor extraño, la ventana del baño cuando estaba abierta por la altura se sentía peligrosa y la mejor vista del depto estaba tapada.

• Hana (6/5): Superb location but terrible smell - We really liked the location. Its close to cafes and metro stations. It had cool views from the window and the apartment is spacious. It was great that they had washing machine and an iron. The smell! Not just from the restaurant below but also from the sewage in the bathroom. The smell was constant. We had to keep the air conditioning turned on all the time. The place could also use a little glow up, the atmosphere wasn’t cousy. If we paid less for the apartment it wouldn’t be such a bummer.

• Ragiles (10/5): Super Awesome stay. Appreciate it. - We love the place and its location, and it’s conveniently close to all the places we wanted to visit. Although it isn’t our first time in Osaka, it’s our first time staying in your comfortable home. Thank you very much; we hope to return again soon. We were hoping to have rice cooker.

• BYUNG WOOK (3/5): 여기에 달린 후기를 보고 여기를 선택 했고, 무었 보다도 여기는 항삼 매진이라 예약 하기 어렵다는 회사 선전? 문구를 보고 선택한곳인데 아주 결과 아주 짜증 나는곳이 었음 - 아래층 식당에서 올라오는 고기 꿉는 냄새, 타는 냄새 짜증 날정도로 많이 났고 좀 늦은저녁에 현관문이 잠겼는적이 있었는데 러시안 가족들이 못들와 나에게 카톡이 와서 내가 내려가문 열어준 경험이 있습니다. 근데 내 카톡 번호는 어떻게 알고 연락 했는지 아직도 궁금 함
• aliscarlett (10/5): Very nice! - This was amazing. And very close to an area where you could just walk around and eat a lot of good food and meet nice people. Super easy to communicate with the host. Everything was really great. But the TV wasn't a smart TV and didnt have a chromecast so the only thing that would have topped our stay was to be able to watch netflix at night. But we only stayed for two nights so it wasn't a big deal 😊
• Leonie (8/5): Great location for an affordable family stay in Osaka. - Great location, good amenities, clean and modern. Having to take a narrow flight of stairs with our suitcases to access the room was an unexpected inconvenience. It may have been listed in the accommodation description but I missed it.

• CHENG-Ju (7/5): - 地點相當方便，徒步可達大阪駅商區及天滿市場/天神橋筋商店街，房間空間很大，但淋浴間偏小。 Guest House Liz是獨棟建築，Liz5在5樓，Booking設施中標示有電梯，但電梯只有到4樓，還在扛著行李走一層樓梯，樓梯間狹窄，行李會撞到牆壁，較重的行李或力氣不足的話需要注意摔倒的風險。 Google導航會導到後面的小巷而不是正門，容易被誤導，自駕旅遊要注意，可以導航到「八功堂」，就在一樓入口旁邊。

• Chang (10/5): Exceptional - Large, spacious room. Washing machine. Close to station. Excellent location. Value for money. Stairs for the top floor. There's a lift up to the 4th floor but then need to take stairs to 5th floor. Though it didn't matter to us if you sleep in, you may hear some train noises.

• Pablo (7/5): Good - It was clean and we found everything we needed in there. A little bit too noisy since the train tracks are very close by. With closed windows it was better, but still not a place for people who want silence. It didn't bother me too much, but one of my friends complained about it, that's why I mention it.
• Maria (8/5): Very good - Very good location (four stations are very close!), and it was a very spacious and comfortable room. It had many appliances and the owner was reachable and quickly solved a problem we had with the washing machine The train passes by very close, but we got used to the noise in two nights.

• Kiat (8/5): great location, nice stay. value for money - location is fantastic. we are one stop away from Osaka main rail station. so we dont have to pay the premium and yet sometimes we can choose to walk to the station. For light sleepers pls note, the bathroom faces the Rail tracks while the front faces the mainroad. so expect a bit of traffic noise. we are fine, cos we can sleep well. whats provided is great for the price. cant be picky. thanks host for giving us a big space. Oh for those with elderly or young children, this unit is one level above the 4th floor lift. so we got to carry the luggage up one level. For me, my kids are all grown up. So it is fine for me too.
