• Tiffany (10/5): We are more than happy to stay here again. - The location was perfect for what we needed. The property was spacious for the three of us and the bedrooms/bathrooms were impeccable. There was no blind in the first floor bathroom and when it's dark outside, you can see pretty much everything inside the bathroom from the street. It does have a patterned window however it did very little to obscure the view.
• Dale (9/5): Property is brilliant for a large family stay get-together - The property was clean and spacious and just as described very good location to all amenities excellent value for a family and would stay again if again in Leeds Possibly the host could have left a welcome pack with some milk as we arrived very later and had to pop out for it for a tea/ coffee not a complaint just an idea as we have had this at previous properties and it is a lovely gesture

• Penelope (7/5): Good - Location was convenient, although not particularly attractive. House was well-equipped and it is great to have an ensuite with every bedroom. Good communication from host. The house is unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues. There are steep steps up to the front door and very steep stairs behind fire doors up to the first and second floors and down to the basement bedroom. The host told us on the day we arrived that the shower on the first floor was not working properly, and we found that the second floor bathroom was smelly. We were only there for two nights so this was not too much of an issue.
• Danny (7/5): Perfect for a group of friends. - Space was good. Perfect for groups of friends especially with each bedroom having an en-suite.
• Ransom4real (10/5): Brilliant host and absolutely amazing home away from home. Great value for money too - The host was brilliant. Accommodated us on short notice and even though we checked in late at 21:00 everything was pristine and spotless by the time we arrived. The host communicated clearly how we could get the keys and all requirements before check in. The property itself is home away from home. Actually let me rephrase that, i will move from my own house and live there. Had everything we needed and more. Beds were very comfortable and the property was well situated for Kirkstall Retail Park as well as easy access to Leeds city centre. 10 mins drive to be precise. I cannot commend this property enough and whenever i am back in Leeds i do intend to stay here if it is available. Everything was perfect. Cannot fault a single thing
