- Sarah (1/5): Wasn’t clean - The pictures looked nice so we had high hopes, unfortunately it was not clean. The bathroom had lots of hairs everywhere and soap scum, the kitchen looked like it was wiped with a dirty rag and left smears. The dishes still had food remnants on them. The bedding smelled like hair product and there were hairs in the bed indicating sheets were not washed from last rental, it was not clean and also needed maintenance. It smelled like a whole bottle of Febreeze chemical air freshener was sprayed. It also is 2 separate units, which was not clear in the description. The neighborhood had litter in the streets. Being near the hospital we heard sirens all night…

- Elaine (4/5): Wouldn’t rent there again. Marginal neighborhood. - Booking.com really not helpful. No paper towels, coffee maker tiny other odd things like not enough cleaning products. Area very sketchy and outside of house poorly maintained. Garbage all over lawn. Parking on side of house needed to be graded, guests scraped cars pulling out. Whom ever host had maintaining property should have a standard to how to leave house.
- Andrea (8/5): I would definitely stay at this residence again. - We loved the decor. It was very spacious and we had more than enough room and everyone was relaxed. Spacious rooms and it was a very good experience. House managers were great and responded well. Location was a little shady, but I’m from the hood and felt safe lol
