• Elvir (10/5): Popolnost v vsakem pogledu - Po tednu dni bivanja v hotelu Merit Starlit v Budvi lahko brez zadržkov rečem, da gre za eno najboljših hotelskih izkušenj, kar sem jih kdaj doživela. Od prvega trenutka prihoda do odhoda je bilo vse na najvišjem možnem nivoju. Hotel navdušuje z brezhibno čistočo, elegantnim dizajnom, vrhunsko organizacijo in izjemno pozornim osebjem, ki poskrbi, da se gost počuti zares posebnega. Sobe so prostorne, moderno opremljene, izredno udobne in brezhibno vzdrževane. Vsaka podrobnost je premišljena do popolnosti. Postelje so izjemno udobne, razgled čudovit, celoten ambient pa ustvarja občutek luksuza in popolne sprostitve. Posebna pohvala gre osebju. Redko srečaš ekipo, ki je tako profesionalna, prijazna, nasmejana in hkrati iskreno pripravljena pomagati pri vsaki želji gosta. Njihova gostoljubnost presega vsa pričakovanja. Tudi kulinarična ponudba je vrhunska. Hrana je izjemne kakovosti, raznolika, sveža in pripravljena na najvišjem nivoju. Vsak obrok je bil pravo gastronomsko doživetje. Lokacija hotela je odlična, saj omogoča hiter dostop do vseh pomembnih točk v Budvi, hkrati pa gostom nudi občutek miru, udobja in ekskluzivnosti. Merit Starlit ni zgolj hotel, ampak celovita izkušnja luksuza, elegance in vrhunske storitve. Težko najdem karkoli, kar bi lahko izboljšali, saj je bilo vse dobesedno popolno. Iskrena hvala celotni ekipi za nepozaben teden. Zagotovo se bom vrnila in hotel z največjim veseljem priporočam vsakomur, ki išče vrhunsko kakovost brez kompromisov.

• KOBIDFN (10/5): היה מושלם. - מיקום מעולה. ארוחת בוקר משובחת. אדיבות ושרותיות יוצאי דופן. נכונות לעזור, מצעים נעימים ונוחים, סכנת החלקה ממשית במקלחת כי אין שום ידית אחיזה, אין אמצעי למניעת החלקה על פני הריצוף. התאורה בחדר חלשה מידי. אין בשירותים שום מדף קטן להניח עליו טלפון או כל חפץ קטן אחר. לעיתים יש באולם הכניסה למלון ריח רע של סיגריות המגיע מהקזינו הסמוך. יותר מידי זכוכית בחדר (השולחן, השידות, קירות השירותים והמקלחת, משטח הכיורים) תחושת קור לא נעימה בעת המגע בהם, ולמרות כל ההערות, הייתי בהחלט חוזר להתארח במלון זה.

• rudi (7/5): חדר שהזמנו אצלכם עם תמונות של OPEN SPACE ושיש גדול הוא החדר ששילמנו עליו ושאתם מחויבים.רוצים פיצוי! - ארוחת בוקר טובה. אישית מעדיפים מזנון שנוכל לקחת מה שאנחנו רוצים ובקצב שלנו. עיצוב המלון מאוד יפה.היתה עובדת שקבלה אותנו ולוותה אותנו מאוד נחמדה עם רצון טוב אך יש מעליה. לא קבלנו את החדר שהזמנו בבוקינג. הזמנו חדר דלקס עם מיטה זוגית ומיטה נוספת וקבלנו חדר אחרון בקצה המסדרון המיועד לנכים עם המון מתקני עזר לנכים למרות שאנו לא נכים.פנינו לפקיד הקבלה בשאלה איך יתכן שיש במלון יוקרתי כזה מקלחת עם וילון פלסטיק. אחכ הבנו שזה מיועד לנכים. אמר שנכתוב זאת בחוות הדעת. נאמר לנו שהמלון מלא עקב חג המוסלמים ואין חדר אחר. לא הרגשנו שהיתה היענות מצידו. ראינו בקומה שלנו חדרים עם OPEN SPACE ושיש גדול בכיור כמו בתמונה שהזמנו בבוקינג ולא קבלנו. המקלחת היתה מאוד גדולה ובכל זאת היה חסר מדף או מקום לשים את החפצים שלנו. בקשנו וקבלנו מין מתקן קטנטן שלא הכיל את כל החפצים שלנו. הכל נפל על הרצפה. מגבות הגוף מקומם במקלחת אך בחדר הזה נוהגים להניח אותם בארון הבגדים. זה מאוד לא בטיחותי מאחר ונכנסים למקלחת ורק אז רואים שצריך לרוץ לחדר לקחת מגבת ואפשר להחליק. לא ניקו את החדר מלבד סידור מיטה והחלפת מגבות. ניקו רק כשביקשנו. אנחנו נוהגים להתארח הרבה בבתי מלון טובים באמצעותכם ולא קרה לנו דבר כזה.

The King Suite came with a personal concierge who created a Whatsapp group for our stay, nothing was too much to ask. Best hotel breakfast we have ever had, and dinner at the hotel’s restaurant Zaytoun was 10/10. Great location in Budva, the King Suite overlooks the old town which was a beautiful view. The Bvlgari products in the room were a nice touch.

You have your own allocated assistant for the duration of your stay that you can what'sapp anytime of the day. Jana our assistant in particular was amazing super helpful and always on hand to fulfill any of our needs. The breakfast is great aswel. One of the best hotels I have stayed in nothing was too much. The room was cleaned twice a day 24hr room service honestly amazing. I wish the hotel had a pool but everything else was fantastic. The single beds could be a little bigger but that is just me. The price to have treatments in the spa are quite expensive especially to use the jacuzzi, which was a jacuzzi bathtub not worth it in my eyes. My other issue was regarding some breakfast items - now the breakfast was fantastic, but the waffles and pancakes were lovely but were covered in chocolate and the menu did not state this as a person who is not a fan of chocolate it was disappointing to have chocolate all over, they should really update the menu to include this and then we could at the point of ordering ask to not have this on the item but other than that it was amazing.

Outstanding breakfast menu with healthy and tasty choices and waiter service. Very friendly staff, valet parking included as standard. We had one suite and one ordinary room. Staff set up a WhatsApp group with guests to cater to any need. All round excellent! My son was disappointed there is no swimming pool in the hotel. On balance, a swimming pool instead of a casino would have been better! Also, it is worth noting that there is some distance between the hotel and the sea, so if like us your purpose is a luxury hotel near the old town and the sea then this is fine, but if a direct beach and view of the sea is the objective then this probably.wont be the right hotel
