• Lel51 (8/5): Fantastic location shame about the loud noise - The apartment was very clean and spacious with everything you needed for a short stay. It was reached by two flights of stairs (not ideal with heavy luggage but doable). Great communication by the host and an easy to follow check in. The location was excellent right on Nyhavn front with easy access to the bars and restaurants. Main attractions are easily walked to from the apartment and a Metro is a short walk away too. Unfortunately two out of the four nights we experienced a very loud level of music coming from either the downstairs apartment or a nearby bar. This went on to about 1.30 am. If you are a light sleeper this may be a big issue. Minor issues - a lack of lighting in the lounge and chest of drawers and mirror in the main bedroom.

• Josh (9/5): - The location of the property is superb, overlooking the beautiful Nyhavn - such a prime location. We were inundated for choice of wonderful restaurants downstairs. The apartment itself was lovely, well decorated, clean, tidy, and stocked with helpful things like teabags, honey, sugar, binbags, dishwasher tablets etc. An excellent touch which made staying in a self-service apartment much easier. The key collection and drop off was super easy also. Sadly, as I appreciate this isn't really something the owners can help, but two of our four nights were very disturbed. On our first night, one of the neighbours (perhaps from the building attached to ours) decided to have a raging party, screaming, stamping, blaring music until gone 2am, and on the Saturday night, the pub situated a couple of doors up, had very loud music and shouting until early hours of the morning. I will add that we are not light sleepers, so it was very loud indeed to wake us and keep us up. The other two nights were thankfully pretty peaceful. For those who are happy to stay up late, perhaps you wouldn't mind too much however we visited with our young child, so a good nights sleep is high up on our priority list.

• Kerry (10/5): A comfortable, historic apartment centrally located to many great sites. - The apartment was spacious, comfortable and well located. The kitchen was well stocked that we cooked several meals there. We missed the label/nameplate on the apartment door when we first arrived. It would be helpful if the label was slightly bigger or placed higher on the door.

• Melissa (10/5): - A lovely apartment with an amazing view. The bed was especially comfortable, and the kitchen was really good. The bathroom was a little underwhelming (hot water didn’t last long and it was easy to flood the bathroom if shower head not faced inwards) but serviceable.

• Claire (10/5): Beautiful apartment - Very central location. Beautiful apartment. All amenities available, great communication from host. Hooks on the windows need to be looked at. We had some lovely weather and had the windows open listening to the sounds outside but wind often took the window as hooks were broken.
• nancy (10/5): - The location is amazing! It is one of the colorful houses along the canal at Nyhavn! There are tons of little cafes restaurants right there. The only downside is that it is fairly noisy and we needed to have the windows open because we were there during a heat wave. It was definitely worth it though to be right there.

• Sharon (9/5): It was a very special experience. - Most of the apartment was beautiful and very comfortable. It is in the heart of the busiest tourist area, and there was a lot of outside noise from very early to very late, ear plugs are a life saver. Also the bathroom was small and cramped, and the 2nd bedroom had no natural light. These things are understandable in the context of the period and location of the property, but worth being aware of.

There wasn’t much hot water and the bathroom was small and dark. The front door didn’t lock and the communal staircase was very dirty and ready for a lick of paint

• Jack (9/5): Beautiful apartment in the heart of old Copenhagen. - Great location, really central with a great view over the harbour. Lovely original building features and interior decoration. The check out at 10am was a little on the early side.
• Michelle (9/5): Superb - Loved the location! The view out of the front living room was amazing! It would have been good to provide some pillows and bedding without down feathers in it. One of our friends is allergic to down so she had to use the sofa pillow and the non down bedspread ( not comforter) at night.

• Susan (10/5): Lovely Spacious Comfortable Apartment Stay in Copenhagen - The location had the best view of the prettiest canal in Copenhagen, and so easy to walk everywhere from here, including a metro stop at Kings Square (Kongens) just up the street. There are 2 bedrooms and a spacious living room, dining room and kitchen. So nice to stay in a place with so much space. Opened the windows to get nice breezes, as the day was warm. Carolina was very easy to communicate with and very nice. There were outlets by the beds, plenty of hangers, a washer and drying rack that we used to wash/dry our clothes. And she provided coffee and tea as well. Can't think of anything.

Highly recommend this apartment - Very clean, beautifully comfortable beds and perfect location Good idea to take ear plugs as it’s definitely a hot spot for night life. If was very hot inside the apartment maybe another fan would have been great.
• Marlene (5/5): Copenhagen Family Trip - There was good light in the apartment and it was clean. Kitchen was relatively well equipped. There is no access for cabs or cars so getting luggage to and from the property was challenging. The door to the property is extremely narrow and getting luggage in and out is difficult. The apartment is not a hotel and has no amenities or services. The owners are not interested in accommodating simple things like early or late checkout or luggage storage or anything to help out their customers. The rooms are spacious but the main room has no closet or dresser of any kind. We had to share the closet in the spare room. The bathroom was very small and the hot water ran out within a couple minutes of running. It made it a challenging stay. Not really good value for money.

It’s spacious, light and airy and the beds are super comfy. The hostess went above and beyond to make us welcome. Amazing experience from booking and we didn’t want to leave! Nothing!

Heating was perfect for the cool weather. Did need to have quick showers to ensure you had hot water, but not really an issue. Nothing
• Merit (10/5): Thank you Carolina for everything. - IWe all really appreciated how considerate our host was. The beds were amazingly comfortable and the location was one block away from the event I was attending and close to excellent restaurants and shopping. It was our first visit to Copenhagen and we are hoping to come back.
• Ezgi (8/5): Very good - The location was great and the host was very responsive and helpful. The apartment was pretty much exactly how it was on the photos and description. It was clean and tidy as promised and all the furniture and other equipment was functional and useful. Keep in mind that its on an old street with lots of tourists so it can be noisy at times. The building is also old, which comes with its own noises of your neighboors walking or talking upstairs or downstairs but we didnt experience anything excessive. Another problematic thing with old buildings is sometimes the water boilers. It can take time to boil the water and may not allow long showers for instance, especially if another person showered that day.

Would be a nice gesture to have a coupe of nespresso capsules available if there is a nespresso machine. Given the cost of the rental one would expect that.

• Ron (9/5): Superb - The location is amazing! If you've seen a picture of Nyhavn, it probably includes this apartment. I'm pretty sure I accidentally photobombed multiple tourist pictures as I looked out the window. Within a block are multiple restaurants, a couple of bakeries, coffee shops, ice cream shops, etc. It's maybe two blocks from a metro station. Super accessible to everywhere. This apartment's superpower is also its kryptonite: the sounds of restaurant diners feels lively at 7pm, like "yes I'm really in Copenhagen!". But at 11pm you're ready for them to wrap it up, and then drunk people wander by at 1am, and garbage pickup is at like 4am and restaurant deliveries happen at 7am, and the windows need to stay open if the weather is warm. It's a tradeoff.
