Virginia (2/5): It was frustrating and expensive. - Bad experience! Four days ahead of time we Tried to cancel 1 night of our three night stay . We could never get thru. Then on the second day of our stay water from an upstairs unit started pouring into ours. We left and contacted Housepitality directly. Booking.com wouldn’t refund our money without an ok from its. But they wouldn’t answer the phone. Still haven’t heard back. Oh, and we got a parking ticket from parking in street which was supposed to be included. Don’t stay here. Awful weekend !
